face of Oodle in the market, you'll represent our brand and values to dealers across your territory.
This role requires a strong relationship builder with proven experience in a business development environment, a strategic thinker

What you’ll be doing Account Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers across the assigned region. * Consistently achieve and exceed regional volume and profit targets. * Conduct regular face-to-face dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. * Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction. * Maintain ongoing oversight of dealer behaviour, conduct, and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as company standards and expectations. * Ensure adherence to Consumer Duty obligations and associated regulatory responsibilities. * Monitor, track, and report on account performance and progress through detailed Account Management reports. * Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities meeting our Onboarding criteria within your region. * Pitch to prospective accounts and support them throughout the onboarding journey. * Train and guide new dealers and existing dealers through our systems and criteria. * Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand business contacts * Sales Strategy & Execution: * Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities in the region. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations. * Plan and manage a structured schedule of dealer visits across the region, effectively mapping travel and appointments to maximise regional coverage. * Take ownership of diary management, prioritising time and resources to maintain consistent engagement with both existing and new dealer partners. Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting ABOUT THE ROLE We are one of the fastest growing auto finance companies in the UK - we currently operate in broker channels as well as key dealer accounts, and are now looking for top quality Regional Managers to help us grow our product in the independent dealer network. We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Regional Account Manager to lead new business acquisition across an assigned territory within the motor finance sector. This is a role focused on building and managing a presence in dealerships - approximately 70% of the role’s focus will be dedicated to winning new dealer relationships and generating new business opportunities, and 30% focused on managing and developing existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing dealer partnerships, and driving finance volumes in a compliant and sustainable way through proactive business development activity and account management. Volumes delivered must be consistent with the FCA's Consumer Duty, fair value, and good customer outcomes.
