ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som skolkurator ingår du i den centrala elevhälsan, där även psykologer, specialpedagoger, skolläkare och skolsköterskor ingår. Du arbetar framförallt förebyggande och hälsofrämjande i syfte att stödja elevernas utveckling mot utbildningens mål. Som en del i ett flerprofessionellt team bidrar du med din specifika kompetens och ditt kunnande. I tjänsten ingår att aktivt arbeta med förebyggande arbete mot droger och alla typer av kränkningar och trakasserier samt vid behov stödja rektor/biträdande rektor i att utreda och åtgärda. Som skolkurator arbetar du bland annat med att: *Delta i elevhälsoarbetet och det hälsofrämjande och förebyggande arbetet där du är en del av den lokala elevhälsan. *Genomföra yrkesmässiga samtal såsom stöd-, motivations-, kris- och konfliktsamtal. *Genomföra utredande, rådgivande och bearbetande samtal med enskilda elever och deras familjer. *Företräda elever i behov av särskilt stöd. *Initiera och delta i nätverksarbete kring elever. *Utreda och bedöma skolsociala situationer för enskilda elever och för skolan i sin helhet. *Stötta grupper och akuta behov. *Ge handledning och konsultation till skolpersonal. KVALIFIKATIONER Du som söker tjänsten ska ha avklarad socionomexamen och minst två års erfarenhet av arbete som socionom. Det är viktigt att du har goda kunskaper inom det svenska språket och kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift. Om du har kunskaper i andra språk så är det meriterande. Till den här rollen krävs att du har B-körkort. Meriterande för tjänsten: Erfarenhet av att använda ProRenata och olika stödsystem som journalsystem. Erfarenhet av arbete med barn och ungdomar eller i skolans värld. Kunskaper om socialtjänstens förebyggande och myndighetsutövande verksamhet. Erfarenhet av nätverksarbete. Som regionombud får du en nyckelroll i att göra skillnad för barn – på riktigt. Du är Bris röst och kraft lokalt och regionalt, och arbetar för att fler barn ska få sina rättigheter tillgodosedda. Tjänsten är en del av Regionavdelningen med kollegor i Luleå, Umeå, Linköping, Stockholm, Göteborg och Malmö. Du kommer att driva och utveckla Bris verksamhet i region syd med utgångspunkt från vårt kontor i Malmö. Om rollen I rollen blir du en central aktör i att: Stärka engagemanget för barns rättigheter och sprida kunskap om Bris arbete. Rekrytera, samordna och inspirera volontärer som vill bidra till ett bättre samhälle för barn. Planera och genomföra nätverksträffar och utåtriktade aktiviteter som gör Bris närvaro stark i regionen. Bygga strategiska samarbeten med tjänstepersoner, civilsamhället och politiken för att påverka och utveckla samhället i en riktning där barns rättigheter står i centrum. Föreläsa och utbilda yrkesverksamma vuxna för att stärka barnrättsperspektivet i deras arbete. Du kommer också att ha en viktig roll i den strategiska utvecklingen av Bris regionala samverkan, inklusive finansiering genom ansökningar och återrapportering till kommuner, regioner, stiftelser och andra finansiärer. Arbetet innebär även att driva och utveckla samverkansavtal i linje med Bris övergripande strategi. Vem är du: Rollen är utåtriktad vilket kräver att du är relationskapande, kommunikativ och har lätt att samarbeta med människor. Du är en erfaren nätverkare som vet hur man fångar människors uppmärksamhet och framför ett budskap. Rollen är självständig vilket ställer krav på att du har ett starkt driv och prioriteringsförmåga. Ditt arbete kommer genomföras och följas upp utifrån verksamhetsplan, nyckeltal och individuella mål. Du har löpande avstämningar och rapporterar till regionchef. Kvalifikationskrav: Du har en universitetsexamen om minst 180 högskolepoäng, inom exempelvis statsvetenskap, mänskliga rättigheter, beteendevetenskap eller annan utbildning/erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du har kunskap och erfarenhet av hur man navigerar i en medlemsorganisation samt entusiasmerar och utvecklar ideella krafter. Goda tal och skrift färdigheter i svenska och engelska. AKT2 Scenkonst är en fri professionell teatergrupp som riktar sig till barn & unga. Från och med Hösten 26 så har vi nu fått stöd från Region Stockholm och söker nu en producent med goda kontakter till kommun och skola som kan vara med och få verksamheten att växa. Om AKT2 AKT2 Scenkonst producerar klassrumsföreställningar där teater används som metod för att skapa samtal som är aktuella för barn & unga så som psykisk hälsa, normer, identitet och våld. Vår första produktion, El Sueco, spelas direkt i klassrummet och följs av ett strukturerat samtal och efterarbete enligt Unghästens metod Trygga klassrum. Föreställningen har redan spelats över 90 gånger och fått mycket stark respons från både elever och skolpersonal. Nu bygger vi upp verksamheten i Stockholm. Uppdraget Vi söker någon som vill bygga upp AKT2:s försäljnings- och bokningsverksamhet. Du har erfarenhet av att sälja scenkonst eller kultur till skolor och kommuner och känner till hur beslutsvägarna fungerar. THE ROLE As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our managed service customers, delivering professional, friendly, and effective technical support. This role is critical to our service delivery model and customer experience. You will handle incoming incidents and service requests, resolve common technical issues, and ensure all tickets are logged, triaged, and progressed in line with SLAs. For more complex issues, you will work closely with 2nd and 3rd line engineers, gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.
