EQT is looking for a Head of AI Enablement & Digital Workplace to lead firm-wide adoption of AI tooling and own the day-to-day digital workplace experience. This is a senior leadership role that sits within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team, reporting to the Head of DEX, and leads a team of six across two connected pillars: AI enablement and digital workplace. ABOUT THE TEAM The Digital Employee Experience team exists to make technology work for people — not the other way around. We focus on turning platform capability into real, measurable usage across the firm, shaping the surfaces and experiences employees rely on every day. The team is collaborative by nature, partnering closely with Technology, Communications, HR, and Security to land change smoothly across a global, distributed workforce. ABOUT THE ROLE As Head of AI Enablement & Digital Workplace, you will translate AI platform capability into practical, daily use — building the skills, content, and communities that drive adoption — while also owning the collaboration and productivity surfaces that the firm's digital experience runs on. You will set the strategic direction for both pillars, lead a team of six, and serve as a credible voice to executive stakeholders on the firm's AI and digital workplace journey. As part of the role, you will likely involve travel to other EQT offices. * Lead AI adoption strategy end to end: analyse usage data, curate reporting, and build a credible impact and ROI narrative for senior leadership. * Maintain a discoverable, well-curated destination where employees can explore AI tools and proven use cases, supported by a growing library of reusable assets. * Build and sustain a network of AI champions across the firm, running regular forums that share practice and accelerate adoption. * Develop the firm's AI capability at every level — from hands-on coaching for senior partners to accessible enablement programmes for the wider workforce. * Lead AI-related internal and external communications across all formats, including presentations, video, and written content. * Embed AI onboarding into joining and integration processes for new and acquired teams. * Own the digital workplace experience across the firm's core collaboration, productivity, and video tooling, driving adoption, best practice, and continuous improvement. * Set and drive the digital workplace roadmap, keeping surfaces coherent, increasingly AI-enabled, and advocating for a simpler, leaner tool estate. * Lead, coach, and develop a team of six, setting clear priorities and managing performance across both pillars. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 12 MONTHS) * Measurable, sustained lift in active AI usage and a credible impact/ROI story for leadership. * AI tooling embedded into the daily collaboration surfaces, not siloed. * A self-sustaining champions network and a maturing skills library. * Digital workplace surfaces that employees rate as a genuine improvement to how they work. ABOUT YOU You bring a rare combination of strategic thinking, hands-on technical fluency, and genuine passion for people and change. You are at your best when you are in the room with end users, and you bring the same level of care and patience to coaching a senior partner as you do to supporting a first-time AI user. What you'll bring (must-have): * Proven experience leading a small team, with a track record of developing individuals and managing performance. * Demonstrated success driving enterprise software adoption and change at scale, with measurable outcomes. * Deep, hands-on familiarity with collaboration and productivity platforms, including Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom, as well as intranet and communications tooling. * Strong communication skills at executive level, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives across decks, video, and written formats. * Data literacy — able to turn usage data and platform analytics into a clear and credible impact story for leadership. * Real fluency with enterprise AI tools, including large language models such as Claude, and a consistent habit of staying current as the space evolves. * Proven ability to manage stakeholders up to executive level across multiple functions. * Willingness to travel regularly to other EQT offices Nice to have: * Background in private equity, financial services, or another regulated environment. * Familiarity with AI governance or acceptable-use frameworks. * Experience supporting a multi-region, distributed workforce. * Exposure to information architecture or employee communications strategy. WHAT WE OFFER At EQT, you will work at the intersection of technology and people, with the scope to shape how an ambitious global firm thinks about AI and the digital workplace. You will have the autonomy to build, a team to develop, and executive visibility to make a real impact. MEET BOB BOB is a free finance employee for businesses. Bob does the books, pays vendors, chases invoices, and answers any money question you throw at him. He works through regulated financial partners, with the controls and approvals needed to move real money safely. Our whole philosophy is that Bob is real. When work comes up, we ask one question: why not just give it to Bob? We believe AI agents are becoming economic actors. Done right, that gives every founder and business more leverage—not less control. We’re building the financial infrastructure that makes that future useful, safe, and available to anyone with a business to build. We’re backed by Circle Ventures and founders of PayPal, Zynga, and Plaid—including Peter Thiel, Mark Pincus, and Zach Perret. THE ROLE You’re our first design leader. You report directly to the founder and own how Bob looks, feels, and works. This is a hands-on role. We’re not looking for someone to manage an agency or make decks about design. You’ll talk to users, work through the product, make the prototypes, and ship alongside engineering. The hard part is making something genuinely new feel obvious. Bob has to handle complex financial work without feeling like accounting software. He has to be powerful without being intimidating, autonomous without feeling out of control, and trustworthy without becoming boring. You’ll own: * The product experience from onboarding through daily use. * How people give work to Bob, understand what he’s doing, and step in when needed. * High-trust workflows around approvals, payments, account state, exceptions, and financial controls. * The interaction model for an AI finance employee—not another chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. * The design system and product-quality bar across web, mobile, and conversational surfaces. * Prototypes that help us answer hard product questions before we write a lot of code. * Research with real users. Watch them work, find the friction, and fix it. * The visual expression of Bob inside the product, in close partnership with Growth Marketing. * The design team—when the product and workload justify building one. WHO YOU ARE We hire for three things: * You really care. You care about the mission, the user, and every detail of the experience. It shows. * You have taste. You know amazing work from good enough, and you can’t ship good enough. * High agency. You don’t wait for the perfect brief. You find the real problem, make the work, and get it shipped. You’re a world-class hands-on product designer. Your portfolio shows simple, coherent products built over genuinely complex systems. You think in systems without losing the human moment. You can design the happy path, the failure state, the weird edge case, and the explanation that makes all of it understandable. You have strong opinions, but you aren’t precious. You can take feedback, defend the work, change your mind, and keep moving. You’re excited by AI, but you don’t confuse a chat box with a product. You think carefully about agency, trust, memory, interruptions, approvals, and how humans stay in control. Fintech, payments, accounting, developer tools, or other high-trust product experience is a big plus. Strong prototyping and frontend instincts are even better. THE OFFICE In person at our Miami office on the Venetian Islands. Small team, high trust, zero bureaucracy. It’s a fun place to work. COMP $160K–$210K base + equity. Early hire, real ownership.

TL;DR: We're hiring a People Operations Lead to drive and scale the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that keep Lovable moving fast as we grow across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You’ll manage and develop a regional People Ops team, own HRIS, payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle workflows, and contractor risk, and build the documentation, reporting, automation, and AI-native self-service foundations that make People Ops clear, reliable, and easy to navigate at scale. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world The Role As the People Operations Lead you’ll lead and develop the existing People Ops specialists, own the systems and processes that hold the function together (HRIS, payroll, compliance, contractor risk), and build the durable operating mechanisms, documentation, reporting, and self-service workflows that let Lovable keep moving fast. We’re an AI-native company, and we want our People team to be AI-native too. That means using AI to thoughtfully scale service delivery, improve data quality, reduce manual work, and make great decisions faster — while keeping a high bar for privacy, compliance, and employee trust. This role combines scaled systems thinking, operational excellence, data rigor, compliance judgment, and a high-quality employee experience. You’ll be the first dedicated leader of this function who builds a consistent global People Ops model across regions. What You'll Own * Lead the Global People Ops team — manage and develop the regional People Ops specialists (Sweden, UK, Americas), moving the function from individual coverage to leader-led, cross-regionally consistent delivery. * Own the employee lifecycle operating model — iterate and maintain seamless, scalable workflows across onboarding, job changes, internal mobility, leave, offboarding, employee data, and recurring People processes so employees and managers experience People Ops as clear, reliable, and easy to navigate. * Payroll, Benefits & Compliance oversight — ensure clear subject-matter ownership per jurisdiction (Sweden, UK, US) while driving consistency in how the function operates across all of them; build audit-ready documentation, controls, and reporting that can stand up to enterprise-grade scrutiny. * HR Systems & People Engineering — own HRIS strategy end-to-end (HiBob and adjacent tooling), including evaluation, implementation, integrations, data integrity, automation, access controls, and ongoing systems design, in partnership with the team’s People Engineer — and drive an AI-ready foundation (clean data, clear definitions, controlled access) that enables safe AI workflows. * Process, playbook & self-service design — replace ad hoc, “whoever sees it, does it” iterate our operations coverage with clear ownership, documented playbooks, intuitive self-service, and predictable, well-coordinated delivery — including AI-assisted self-service (where appropriate) so employees and managers can get answers fast without losing the human touch when it matters. What We're Looking For * 10+ years in People/HR Operations, including real experience leading and developing People Ops specialists, not just doing the work solo. * Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling tech company (or a clear point of view on what it means to run an AI-native People Ops function). * Direct experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance; Sweden, UK, and US experience is a strong plus given Lovable's footprint. * A track record designing scalable People Ops systems and processes in a high-growth environment, moving a function from ad hoc to structured. * Balances speed with rigor: can move quickly in ambiguity while building the controls, documentation, and quality bar needed for scale — including privacy-by-design, role-based access, and safe AI usage standards. About your application Please submit your application in English. It's our company language, so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally, if you're interested, please apply through our careers portal.
