We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR & Talent Coordinator to support our growing team, with a strong focus on
recruitment and talent coordination.
This role will play a key part in helping us attract, engage and hire great people across the business. You will support the
end-to-end recruitment process, from posting roles and screening applications through to interview coordination, candidate
communication and onboarding.
Alongside recruitment, you will also support general people operations, HR administration and employee experience initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR or people operations who is looking to build
their career in a fast-paced, international business.

What you'll do * Partner closely with the Regional Recruiting team to create a positive candidate experience for our prospects and applicants, continuously innovating and improving ways to differentiate us as an employer of choice * Coordinate all aspects of the interview experience from partnering with hiring managers and recruiters on scheduling, proactively and timely correspondence with candidates, and hosting candidates either virtually or in person to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience * Advise recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for candidate experience, leveraging your knowledge and research. * Maintain and update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System * Proactively communicate with key internal partners, providing timely updates or changes to schedule or process improvements * Serve as a mentor or peer coach in solving unique situations or to support onboarding new team members * Collaborate and support the larger TA & People team on projects as needed * Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs * Conduct offer audits, manage req approvals, and assist with Jira tickets to support recruiting operations * Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating our values in all of your interactions This role requires * 2+ years of experience in the customer service, coordination in a corporate environment preferably within the recruiting area * Prior scheduling & calendar management experience * Strong time management and ability to prioritize work * Strong attention to detail * General knowledge of HR practices * Ability to excel in independent work settings * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Project management experience * Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact Bonus points if you have * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Experience in a customer-facing or HR role * Experience with Mac OS, Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) and Google Suite Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #LI-TK1 #LI-Remote The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of hourly pay for the listed position.
