Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Upprätta, förvalta och följa upp systemförvaltningsplaner för prioriterade tekniska system (SCADA/BMS, passersystem, kameror, energisystem m.fl.). Etablera tydligt systemägarskap, RACI och livscykelhantering. Vara sammanhållande funktion för tekniska system mellan förvaltning, projekt, IT och leverantörer. Kravställning för våra system, integrationer och dess datakvalitet, särskilt energidataflöden från mätare till överordnade system. Koordinera incident-, ändrings- och förbättringsprocesser kopplat till systemförvaltning. Strukturera och följa upp leverantörer ur system-, avtals- och riskperspektiv. Samverka med Risk & Security/IT i frågor som rör OT- och cybersäkerhet utan att äga säkerhetsansvaret. Bidra till efterlevnad av regelverk och revisioner, exempelvis NIS2 och internrevision. Arbeta med att hålla SCADA-miljöer användarvänliga och säkra samt säkerställa att servrar och funktioner underhålls. Vem du är Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av teknisk fastighetsförvaltning eller systemnära roller inom fastighetsbranschen och som trivs i en samordnande roll med många kontaktytor. Du har god systemförståelse och ser sambanden mellan tekniska system och IT-miljöer. Eftergymnasial utbildning inom fastighetsteknik, automation, energi, el, VVS eller motsvarande alternativt likvärdig arbetslivserfarenhet. Flerårig erfarenhet av teknisk fastighetsförvaltning, teknisk samordning eller systemförvaltning inom fastighetsbranschen. Skilled in testing code and creating test cases for developed components. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC based protocols, SNMP, TCP/UDP, VLANs, and IPsec. Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, gateway devices, and other core OT components Hands on experience with security tools such as Firewalls, network monitoring tools, vulnerability scanners, packet analyzers, and endpoint hardening utilities.
