Artefact UK - H2 2026 Director Job Description WHO WE ARE Artefact is a new generation of data and AI consultancy, and one of the fastest growing. In the last six months alone we've grown from 2,000 to 2,500 people, now serving over 3,000 clients across 36 offices in 27 countries. Founded in 2014 and backed by Cinven, we're Europe's largest pureplay consultancy in data and AI, and we're not slowing down. We specialise in data consulting and AI-driven transformation, working with organisations across the globe to turn data into measurable business impact, creating real change in how businesses operate, compete, and grow. With 40% of our people in consulting roles, we have the critical mass to deliver full transformation at scale. We don't just offer strategies. We frame problems, design solutions, build the technology, and operate what we deliver. That distinction, between those who propose and those who implement, is central to how we work. We're technology-agnostic but technology-deep. We hold premium partnerships with the platforms shaping this industry, including Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks, and AWS, giving our consultants direct access to the newest capabilities before they reach the mainstream. Half of our projects involve collaboration across more than two offices, so the expertise you need is never far away, and our teams bring together AI specialists, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts: the full range of talent required to reach the last mile of a transformation. Progression here is earned, not timed. We don't run on tenure. We run on impact, and strong performers move fast. If you want to build things that matter, at a pace that matches your ambition, this is where you do it. WHAT WE DO Our UK office is at an inflection point. We've built the foundations of a category-defining consultancy, and now we're scaling, fast. The shape of the team a year from now will look very different to today. Join now, and you're building the office before Artefact becomes a name every top consultant already knows. We work across a broad range of industries, including Retail Banking, Insurance, Private Equity, Energy & Utilities, Retail & E-commerce, CPG & FMCG, and Automotive, giving consultants the space to build real depth in one or two areas while staying genuinely exposed to others. It's one of the things people here value most. Our engagements run end to end, from strategy and governance through to delivery of high value data and AI solutions. The problems we work on are the ones organisations are genuinely wrestling with right now: Data Platform Strategy and Build, Generative AI Strategy, Agentic AI Strategy & Deployment, AI Governance and Assurance, Digital Transformation, and AI Adoption and Change. This work needs people who can operate at a strategic level in the morning and get into the technical weeds in the afternoon, and know when to do which. If that's the kind of work you want to be doing, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for people who are genuinely energised by AI and data, and who want a hand in shaping how organisations and how people work change for the better. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Director at Artefact UK, you will operate at the intersection of AI and data strategy, client leadership, and commercial growth. Reporting to the Partners and Managing Director, you own the AI and data agenda across a portfolio of clients, with Tech Leads and Managers reporting to you and running the day-to-day delivery of the engagements within it. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping a client's AI strategy at board level and building the playbook that lets Artefact deliver it again, better, for the next client. * Technology leadership: You will take a client's business opportunities and pain points and match them to the right ML, AI or data engineering solution. You possess the technical depth required to engage in discussions regarding solution architecture and implementation details with a client’s Principal Engineers and Data Scientists. * AI use case leadership: You will work with client management and Artefact teams to identify and prioritise the AI use cases that create genuine differential value, and lead their development end to end, from ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement. You will build and maintain a library of use cases and solution sets that can be reused and adapted across the wider client base. * Data and analytics capability building: You will assess clients' current data and analytics maturity, spot the opportunities for rapid enhancement, and turn what you learn into a playbook that can be repeated across new clients. * Senior client advisory and stakeholder relationships: You will work closely with client cross-functional teams, spanning technology and business, to ensure AI solutions integrate cleanly into how the organisation actually runs. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your clients, and create a community of data leaders that shares knowledge and best practice across the portfolio, positioning Artefact as a genuine partner in that network rather than a supplier to it. * Commercial ownership and business development: You will lead pitches end-to-end, shaping the proposition, directing proposal development, and leading client-facing pitches and RFP responses, and you will contribute to pipeline management and opportunity prioritisation across the broader practice. * Thought leadership, innovation and talent development: You will stay ahead of developments in AI and data analytics, bring cutting-edge solutions and a network of trusted advisors to your clients, and contribute insights and recommendations that shape Artefact's own AI and data strategy. You will mentor and support the development of data and AI talent at Artefact, with particular attention to growing the Tech Leads and Managers who report to you. THE KIND OF PERSON THIS WORKS FOR The Director role is for people who have already proven they can lead AI and data engagements and manage senior talent, and who are ready to be accountable for a portfolio of clients, a library of reusable solutions, and the technology leads who deliver against both. It is a step-change in scope, not just seniority. What we're looking for: * Around 10+ years of experience leading AI and data projects, with a strong, specific track record of delivering measurable business value for clients, ideally including several years spent working with consulting and technical teams together. * Deep expertise across AI technologies, machine learning, data analytics, and data management, paired with a strong understanding of AI and ML, data infrastructure and architecture, including data warehousing, and cloud-based solutions, so you can move fluidly between the strategic and the technical. * A track record you can speak to specifically, including engagements you have delivered, accounts you have grown, and pitches you have led. * Credible at C-suite level; confident engaging and influencing senior executives and stakeholders across a client organisation, not because you perform confidence, but because you have done the work and know what you are talking about. * Genuinely invested in developing other people; you mentor and support the technical talent around you, and you take building Artefact's data and AI capability as seriously as you take any individual engagement. We do not require a single career path to this role. Some of our strongest Directors came from tier-one consulting firms, some from private equity or in-house transformation leadership, and some grew here. What they share is deep AI and data expertise, the ability to earn trust at every level, and the judgement to know when to operate strategically and when to get into the technical details themselves. WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN ARTEFACT * Exciting, cutting-edge projects at global scale: We deliver truly innovative work to blue chip clients across the globe, you will design and lead these initiatives. * Genuinely diverse work and people: On any given week you might work alongside a data scientist, a C-level executive, directors and more, across sectors you wouldn't encounter anywhere else. * Transparent progression: A clear pathway to Partner level, with half-year reviews, honest feedback, and active coaching. * Global without the travel grind: Multi-market projects and a 2,500-person global network, London-based, & hybrid working. * A genuine culture of learning: From tool-specific training to testing the latest AI models to running client workshops on what you've found, you have the liberty to pursue what interests you and share it with the team.

At the Vitrolife Group, we work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family. Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby. Shape the Platform, Enable Domains, Build for Scale We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Group Analytics enabling team. This is a key role in establishing and evolving our global data platform, with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem as the primary technology direction. You will combine hands-on data engineering with architectural responsibility, helping us build scalable, governed, and automated data platform capabilities. The role is central to our ambition to move from fragmented and manually maintained legacy solutions toward a modern, domain-oriented data platform that enables trusted analytics, self service, and future AI/ML use cases. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building for scale, setting technical direction, and enabling others through strong engineering standards, reusable patterns, and practical guidance. Your Mission As a Senior Data Engineer, you will help design, build, and mature our global data platform. You will work with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse and medallion architecture, reusable data pipelines, analytical data models, and modern engineering practices. You will play an important role in enabling a federated, data mesh-inspired operating model, where domain teams can own and evolve their data products within clear technical and governance guardrails. Depending on your profile, you may also take architectural responsibility for selected platform capabilities, patterns, and technical decisions. Experience from other modern lakehouse platforms, such as Databricks, Spark, or PySpark, is highly relevant where it strengthens your ability to design scalable and automated data solutions. What You’ll Do • Help design, build, and evolve our Microsoft Fabric-based global data platform, including scalable pipelines, lakehouse patterns, and analytical data models. • Develop reusable engineering standards, templates, and governed data objects that enable domain teams to build and manage data products. • Apply modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, testing, and infrastructure-as-code principles such as Terraform. • Embed security, access control, GDPR/PII handling, lineage, and metadata requirements into platform delivery. • Work closely with enterprise architects, data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, business stakeholders, and domain teams. • Mentor colleagues and support the modernization and deprecation of legacy BI/DW solutions. What You Bring • Senior-level data engineering experience with strong hands-on delivery, architectural understanding, and ability to design scalable platform solutions. • Strong SQL and Python skills, with Microsoft Fabric experience or transferable lakehouse expertise from Databricks, Spark, PySpark, or Delta Lake. • Experience with production-grade data pipelines, medallion/lakehouse architecture, analytical data modeling, and domain-oriented data design. • Experience with modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and preferably infrastructure-as-code principles such as Terraform. • Good understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, access control, GDPR, and PII handling. • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to create reusable patterns and translate business and analytical needs into scalable technical solutions. Why Join Us? You will be part of shaping the foundation for how data is managed, governed, and used across the organization. This is a chance to help build the platform many data engineers wish they could build from the start: scalable, secure, automated, metadata-driven, and designed for future AI and agent-enabled ways of working. You will influence platform architecture, establish reusable engineering patterns, and help domain teams become more self-sufficient with data. The role contributes directly to the shift from fragmented legacy solutions toward a trusted global data platform for analytics, self-service, and future AI/ML capabilities. You will join an enabling analytics team with a clear ambition: to make data more accessible, reusable, and reliable across the business. Please note that this role is based in Valencia or Gothenburg. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. THE ROLE You won't just carry a bag — you'll run a franchise. As a Commercial Expansion Account Executive at Snowflake, you own a portfolio of existing customers and are accountable for defending the base, driving healthy consumption growth, and expanding into new workloads and use cases. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Services Delivery to turn customers into advocates and single-workload accounts into strategic platforms. This is not a renewals desk. You'll prospect within your install base, identify whitespace, build multi-threaded executive relationships, and close net-new expansion business — all while ensuring your customers are consuming Snowflake efficiently and getting measurable business value. WHAT YOU'LL DO Territory Strategy & Pipeline Generation * Own a defined patch of commercial accounts (<500 employees) and build a data-driven territory plan using propensity scoring, technographic signals, and consumption health indicators * Apply strategic tiering (20/80 rule) to focus time on high-potential "Sleeping Giants" — accounts with high whitespace relative to current spend * Consistently achieve 10+ external customer meetings per week through disciplined outreach rhythms * Map accounts to campaign plays (e.g., BI Consolidation, AI/ML expansion, Databricks defence) based on their tech stack and business signals Account Expansion & Deal Execution * Source, progress, and close expansion use cases using MEDDPICC methodology * Identify and articulate value hypotheses (Why Anything? Why Now? Why Snowflake?) tailored to each account's business priorities * Navigate complex, multi-persona deals — from technical champions to CFO-level economic buyers * Negotiate renewals, multi-year commitments, and capacity deals anchored in business value, not discounts Consumption Health & Customer Success * Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy consumption; proactively address inefficiencies before they become churn risk * Understand modern data architecture (transformation layers, BI performance, serverless economics) to advise customers on optimising their Snowflake deployment * Convert cost savings from efficiency improvements into budget for new workloads — turning defence into offence Competitive Defence * Protect the install base against competitive threats (Databricks, AWS-native, Azure Synapse) using TCO analysis, architectural advantages, and "Serverless Tax" positioning * Build proactive competitive strategies rather than reactive objection handling WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have * 3+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with demonstrable pattern of achievement (top 20% attainment preferred) * Experience managing and expanding an existing customer book — not exclusively net-new acquisition * Ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical practitioners and C-level executives * Proven prospecting discipline within an install base: pipeline self-sourced, not inherited * Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models * Fluency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or equivalent) Strongly Preferred * Experience selling data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions * Understanding of modern data stack architecture (data warehousing, ELT, BI tooling, data engineering) * Demonstrated use of AI/automation tools to enhance productivity (meeting prep, follow-up, personalisation, research) * Track record navigating competitive displacement scenarios * Experience with multi-year deal structuring and commercial negotiation (including MSA-level discussions) Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact? As business, society and knowledge become increasingly connected, our technology promotes innovation by helping organizations to find and understand data relationships. We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive. THE ROLE Join the team behind Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake, our Snowflake Native App that brings the full power of Neo4j Graph Data Science directly into customers' Snowflake accounts, with no data movement required. You'll work on a product that lives natively inside Snowflake: a containerized Java + Python runtime, a SQL-first API, and a release pipeline that ships graph analytics to enterprise data platforms. Our customers are data engineers and data scientists across financial services, supply chain, telco, and beyond, who use it to run PageRank, community detection, pathfinding, and node embeddings against the warehouses where their data already lives. This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior role at the intersection of graph analytics, cloud-native distribution, and DevOps, with a meaningful say in the platform's technical direction. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and evolve the Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake application, embedding Neo4j Graph Data Science into the Snowflake platform. * Design and improve our SQL-facing API: stored procedures, UDFs, and the surface area customers call from their warehouses. * Own significant parts of the build, release, and deployment pipeline: Snowflake CLI, Gradle, container images, and the Java/Python runtimes that execute inside Snowpark Container Services. * Improve the platform's security posture: caller's rights vs. owner's rights stored procedures, restricted caller's rights (RCR), grants, and proactive image scanning. * Collaborate with customers and Solution Engineers to turn real-world requirements into scalable features. * Contribute to operational excellence: runbooks, release processes, observability, and reproducible dev environments. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-quality software. * Strong SQL skills and real experience integrating with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar). * Solid grounding in at least one of Java or Python, and willingness to be effective in both. * A genuine DevOps mindset: comfortable owning build pipelines, container images, releases, and the operational side of a product. * Experience designing software for performance, scalability, and predictable cost on cloud infrastructure. BONUS POINTS * Hands-on experience with Snowflake, especially Native Apps, Snowpark Container Services, or building stored procedures and UDFs at scale. * Familiarity with Docker, OCI image registries, and security scanning tooling (Semgrep, Snyk, Trivy, etc.). * Understanding of graph theory and graph algorithms (centrality, community detection, pathfinding, embeddings), or strong curiosity to learn them. * Background in distributed systems, JVM performance tuning, or columnar/analytical query engines. Experience working in a distributed, remote-first team and shipping to enterprise customers. #Li-Hybrid Why Join Neo4j? We build the AI capabilities that require deep technical and domain expertise, and that directly move the needle on how Securitas operates at scale. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the role You will be a key technical voice in a small, focused team - someone who shapes how we approach problems, not just solves them. You'll lead the design, development, and production deployment of ML and GenAI solutions that turn raw data into actionable intelligence across a range of real-world problems. The stack we work with Python · PyTorch · LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source) · RAG pipelines, Hugging Face · Python analytical tools (DuckDB, polars, Pandas, and more) · Streamlit & Dash · Claude Code · GitHub Copilot · React · Databricks · Docker · SQL/NoSQL · Azure/GCP ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities * Owning the architecture of LLM-powered pipelines that extract structure and insight from large volumes of unstructured text, such as incident reports, operational logs, client data. * Designing and stress-testing end-to-end GenAI architectures (e.g. RAG), prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks - relevance, faithfulness, hallucination rates, latency tradeoffs - and setting the bar for what "good" looks like on the team. * Building and productionizing workforce management models - demand forecasting, shift scheduling optimization, and attrition modeling - that help deploy officers more effectively. * Developing client churn models that give the business early, actionable retention signals. * Driving the end-to-end ML lifecycle: from problem framing and data strategy through to monitored, production-grade systems. * Translating ambiguous business problems into concrete technical roadmaps - and pushing back when the framing is wrong. * Mentoring junior data scientists and setting technical standards across the team. * Presenting findings, model behavior, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders clearly and credibly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you'll bring Must-haves * Around 5+ years of professional data science experience, with a clear track record of successes. * Deep Python skills and strong software engineering habits - your code is readable, tested, and maintainable. * Advanced NLP experience and hands-on work with LLMs at a level beyond prompt experimentation - fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment. * A rigorous approach to GenAI evaluation: you've built frameworks to measure output quality, catch failure modes, and make principled tradeoffs with full lifecycle thinking. * Experience with MLOps fundamentals: deployment, serving, and monitoring of models, CI/CD, Docker, application and service logging, and reproducible pipelines. * Using modern AI coding tools to work as a highly productive data scientist - rapidly exploring ideas, writing and refactoring code, and debugging faster while keeping a critical eye on outputs. * Strong analytical instincts - you can tell when a result is too good to be true and you know how to find out why. * Communication skills sharp enough to run a stakeholder presentation and a code review on the same day. Nice-to-haves * Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and collaborative workflows. * Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (Ragas, LangSmith, or similar). * Hands-on experience with forecasting and optimization problems - scheduling, demand planning, or similar. * Experience building interactive data tools for end users, including front-end design, authentication layers, and logging. * Background in a domain where decisions have real operational consequences - logistics, healthcare, security, or similar. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Working conditions The role is open for candidates based in Malmö or Stockholm (with preference for applicants in Malmö). It's a hybrid working model. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we offer At Securitas we believe in doing the right thing and doing it well. For our customers and our employees. Our employees come from all walks of life and bring with them many talents and perspectives. We aim for diverse representation throughout the company, and we are committed to equal pay, safe working conditions, gender balance and an inclusive work environment with a wide range of skills and development opportunities. From writing and the printing press to the internet and Google, the tools that accelerate access to knowledge define human progress. Yet workplace software hasn’t kept up. We’re building towards a world where knowledge is not only more accessible, but actively helps you accomplish more than you ever thought possible. If that future excites you, you’re in the right place. Come and do your life’s work with us. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Growth marketing manager to join our Marketing team. This is a mid-level role for a hands-on marketer who can own paid acquisition, web experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across our key markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, growth, and web optimization: designing and running multi-channel campaigns, continuously improving our marketing website, and turning high-intent traffic into pipeline and revenue. You’ll partner closely with our broader Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams to drive measurable growth for both of Sana’s AI products. This role is ideal if you love going deep on data, running experiments end-to-end, and shipping iterative improvements that compound over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own performance and growth campaigns You will: * Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels (e.g. YouTube, Reddit) to drive high-quality lead and opportunity generation. * Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, refining audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets to maximize ROAS while hitting CAC and CPA targets. * Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CTR, conversion rate, and downstream pipeline metrics. * Partner with content and design to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives, messaging, and offers tailored to our core buyer personas. Lead website and conversion rate optimization You will: * Own experimentation on Sana’s marketing website and key landing pages, designing and running tests across layout, copy, UX, and forms to improve visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion. * Use quantitative data (GA4, behavioral analytics) and qualitative insights (session recordings, surveys, user feedback) to identify friction points and prioritize CRO opportunities. * Collaborate with design, product marketing, and web development to implement winning variations and ensure a consistent, premium brand experience. * Maintain clear documentation of tests, hypotheses, results, and learnings to build a scalable experimentation program over time. Build a robust growth analytics foundation You will: * Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline/revenue impact across channels and experiments. * Own marketing tracking and attribution quality across web and paid media, partnering with RevOps to ensure accurate lead source, campaign, and opportunity data. * Analyze performance across the entire funnel—from first touch to closed-won—to identify where optimizations will have the largest impact, and communicate clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate across Growth and Commercial You will: * Work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales to align campaigns and experiments with business priorities, launches, and target segments. * Partner with Sales on feedback loops around lead quality and pipeline, iterating targeting and messaging accordingly. * Support broader growth initiatives when needed, including content-driven campaigns, events, and partnerships, always with a focus on measurable impact. WHAT WILL HELP YOU THRIVE EXPERIENCE * 2–4 years in a highly data-driven digital marketing, growth, or CRO role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech. * Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with clear revenue or pipeline accountability. * Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on websites or landing pages that moved key metrics (conversion rate, CPA, or similar). SKILLS * Strong proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools such as GA4 and major ad platforms; familiarity with heatmapping/session replay and A/B testing tools (e.g. Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, similar). * Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Sheets, or BI platforms to track performance and inform decisions. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling stories for both marketing peers and commercial stakeholders. * Solid understanding of CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and user-centered web design best practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft succinct, conversion-focused messaging and present your recommendations with clarity and confidence. MINDSET * Analytical and hypothesis-driven: you enjoy dissecting complex problems, forming clear hypotheses, and validating them through experiments and data. * Outcome-oriented: you care deeply about impact on pipeline and revenue, not just activity metrics. * Builder mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to help shape our digital growth and experimentation practices from the ground up. * High ownership and autonomy: you can independently prioritize, execute, and iterate, while knowing when to pull in collaborators. * Motivated by excellence: you set a high bar for your own work and are more interested in learning and improving than being right. NICE-TO-HAVE * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, similar). * Background working on complex B2B buying journeys or multi-stakeholder deal cycles. * Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how they interact with UX and conversion. * Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling markets is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER * Help shape AI's future alongside brilliant minds from Google, Apple, Spotify, Notion, Slack, Databricks, and BCG. * Competitive salary complemented with a competitive RSU program. * Swift professional growth in an evolving environment, supported by a culture of continuous feedback and mentorship from senior leaders. * Work with talented teammates across 5+ countries, and global customers, from our beautiful office in Stockholm.
