Process & Documentation * Maintain accurate records of data entry activities, import logs, and correction history in the CRM. * Document common errors and resolutions to build a shared knowledge base and reduce repeat mistakes. * Identify recurring workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to the Operations lead. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Fulfil ad-hoc data requests from Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and Support teams within SLA windows. * Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing customer data without delaying onboarding timelines.
