As our Human Resources Business Partner at Global Commissioning, you will play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with business goals and cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
You will partner with senior management to implement effective HR policies and practices, provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
You will work alongside another HRBP and closely with our Chief People Officer (CPO) to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with company directors to understand their goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies that support business growth and development
Provide strategic input o workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design
Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Promote a positive work environment and culture by addressing employee concerns and encouraging open communication
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues
Identify training and development needs within the company and implement effective programs to address them
Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational effectiveness
Facilitate change management processes and support organisational transformation efforts
Assist with visa and work permit applications to ensure employees working abroad remain compliant
Monitor and manage international employment regulations to support global mobility
Provide guidance on international assignments to ensure smooth transitions for employees working abroad

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Description: The Human resources Business Partner will work with Director, Field Human Resources and other team members to deliver HR solutions and support the business. This role involves assisting with HR processes, employee relations, talent management, and other HR initiatives to help align HR practices with business objectives. What you will be responsible for: * Employee Relations – foster positive employee relations, and manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and employee concerns. Provide appropriate support and timely response relative to all issues and investigations. * Talent Management – support succession planning, performance and learning programs. Collaborate with Leadership Development Coach and Trainer on evaluation of programs being delivered and execution of Talent Management strategy. * HR Program Administration – manage attendance, leaves, accommodations, benefit and 401K program administration. * Total Rewards & HR Operations – support the review on total rewards, job architecture and HRIS data integrity. * Policy, Compliance & Governance – support development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and Employee Handbook. Monitor and report on HR governance. * Inclusion, Engagement & Culture – promote and support an inclusive workplace and engagement initiatives. * HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement – use data to diagnose trends and drive improvements. Interpret and translate HR data into meaningful business insights to ensure business leader awareness and understanding. Employee Lifecycle & Organisational Development * Own and support the full employee lifecycle in Germany - from workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development through to offboarding. * Further develop learning, talent, and development initiatives, including performance management, feedback processes, compensation, and bonus cycles. * Support succession planning and talent reviews in partnership with European People & Culture colleagues. Recruitment & Employer Branding * Plan and support recruitment activities in Germany to enable sustainable growth and attract top talent. * Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, selection, and decision‑making. * Contribute to and implement local employer branding initiatives that strengthen AXS’s reputation as an employer of choice in Germany. HR Operations, Reporting & Compliance * Partner closely with Finance to support payroll and benefits administration, including data validation, monthly payroll inputs, benefits enrolment and lifecycle management (joiners, changes, leavers), reporting, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all related processes. * Partner with Global People & Culture and local teams on HR reporting, including headcount, personnel metrics, and cost reporting. * Advise managers on German labour law, employee relations, and works council matters where applicable. * Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies while supporting the harmonisation of HR practices across Europe. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable role within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, with strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and talent management. * Proven experience supporting organisational change, transformation, and organisational development initiatives, with the ability to identify practical, business‑aligned solutions to emerging challenges. * Strong relationship‑building skills with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with leaders, managers, and employees at all levels. * Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to influence stakeholders positively, navigate complexity, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions. * Highly organised with a structured, detail‑oriented approach; able to manage multiple priorities, handle high volumes of work, and maintain accuracy under pressure. * Team‑oriented mindset with a track record of contributing to shared goals, fostering collaboration, and building strong professional relationships across departments. * Strong affinity for HR systems, data, and tools, with the ability to leverage insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. * Exceptional German and English language skills, with experience working in international environments (ideally with US‑based teams), combined with a flexible, positive attitude and a genuine passion for the live entertainment industry.
