About the role As Sustainability & Utility Manager to BAT Fiedler & Lundgren, you will play a leading role in ensuring a safe working environment, driving the factory’s sustainability agenda, and securing reliable and efficient utility operations. What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead for our Green Iron Maintenance team. In this role you will report to our Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Lead oversees maintenance activities within the assigned area, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. The role leads maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and works closely with operations to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support the implementation of Green Iron's maintenance standards and ways of working while driving continuous improvement. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment within the assigned area. Support technicians with troubleshooting, fault finding, and technical guidance during complex maintenance activities.
