About the company Avannaa Exploration Services is a Swedish consultancy company specialising in providing geosciences expertise to the Swedish mining industry. We are looking to hire a Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer for a variety of exploration and mining drilling projects. About the role The chosen candidate will work on iron-ore mining projects for a globally recognised miner, undertaking geotechnical and geological data collection on projects at different development stages ranging from early exploration to feasibility studies to advanced production stages, both at open-pit and underground operations. These projects are located in the Swedish ‘Malmfälten’ mining Provence of Northern Sweden. Main responsibilities ● Geological and geotechnical core-logging, ensuring best practice is followed ● Continued database update ● Perform adequate quality control checks of various data sets, following QA/QC protocols to ensure the highest quality of data ● Project progress and technical reporting for clients ● Drill rig management ● Participate in team technical meetings ● Ensuring continued good client and contractor relations Requirements Those who apply should be flexible and service-oriented, have a good ability to collaborate and enjoy working in a multicultural team. Understanding of core-logging best practice is required, preferably with knowledge of parameters such as Q-System, RMR, MRMR as well as general geological and structural core-logging and geochemical sampling practices. Education and qualifications The candidate must have a BSc or MSc degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering, with some professional experience within mining and/or mineral exploration. Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English in both speaking and writing is mandatory. Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous. About the position The Department of Aquatic Resources has an immediate opening for a permanent position as researcher in stock assessment and advice for fisheries management in a unit that includes stock assessment at the Institute of Marine Research. The unit conducts research and stock assessment on fish and shellfish and provides scientific advice for fisheries at both the national and international level. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other units at the institute and at the wider SLU Aqua, contributing to associated research fields, such as, fisheries monitoring, impacts of climate change, marine food webs and ecosystem-based fisheries management (EBFM). Job description and responsibilities We are currently looking to expand our R&D department with an RF test and automation engineer. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our RF measurement and automation systems. You will be working closely with both our production and R&D teams to ensure we have reliable and efficient systems in place to streamline our production and qualification activities. You are expected to have a strong drive, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset. Design and validate new measurement and automation systems to support and streamline production and validation. Develop tools integrating with order planning and traceability. Job description and responsibilities We are expanding our Semiconductor Devices department and looking for a Cleanroom Process Technician to take ownership of the well-defined microfabrication process steps that bring our transistors to life. As our process technician, you will master these steps and run them consistently and with care, making you a central part of how our devices are actually made. You will spend much of your time in a modern cleanroom, operating advanced fabrication equipment according to established recipes, conducting routine measurements and inspections on wafers, and clearly documenting your findings for the engineering team. The role is practical and detail-oriented, offering opportunities to expand your skills across various tools and processes over time. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Cleanroom fabrication steps such as photolithography, wet and dry etching, thin film deposition, metal lift-off, and wafer dicing. • On-wafer device measurements, optical and SEM inspection, and film thickness and recess metrology. • Sample preparation, reliability-test execution, and clear data logging and documentation. • First-line troubleshooting and supporting the engineers on new processes. Requirements and qualifications A relevant B.Sc. – a merit but not required. Proficient in written and spoken English. Job Summary · As a CMF Designer for our Client, you will support CMF development for one or more vehicle programs, translating strategic direction into production-ready design solutions. · You will create creative proposals, support and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
