ABOUT THE TEAM Netlify runs on usage. Developers buy credits, teams consume compute and bandwidth, and enterprises commit to spend. The Accounts and Billing area owns how all of that works: the accounts foundation every customer signs into, the billing platform that meters and charges them, and the pricing and packaging model that sets what they pay. It sits at the center of how Netlify grows, and it touches Finance, Growth, UX, Sales, and the executive team. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll help define and evolve Netlify’s monetization model, bringing a strong point of view while partnering across the company to make high-impact decisions, and you will build hands-on next to engineering, Finance, and design rather than run a team from above. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, as we continue to evolve Netlify’s pricing and packaging strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead the strategy and evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization, including plans and tiers, the credit and usage model, seat-versus-consumption economics, on-demand and overage rates, enterprise commitments and discounting, storage pricing, regional pricing, and annual plans. * Ship billing as a product: metering accuracy, invoicing, payments, refunds, and customer-facing usage visibility, including the billing and usage interfaces enterprises are asking for. * Steward the accounts foundation: sign-up and authentication, identity, orgs and teams and seats, roles and permissions, account security, and fraud and abuse at the top of the funnel. * Build and lead the pricing and packaging experimentation program, using data, customer insight, and sound judgment to guide decisions: product analytics, conversion and activation, and credit-consumption telemetry. * Partner with Finance to develop pricing approaches that balance customer value, business goals, and long-term sustainability. * Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to set priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive alignment on the most impactful opportunities when demand exceeds capacity. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 7+ years of product management experience, including experience leading pricing, packaging, monetization, or other commercially significant product initiatives for developer-focused, SaaS, or usage-based products. * Deep experience with usage-based, credit-based, subscription, or seat-based business models, including metering, tiering, overages, enterprise commitments, discounting, and the tradeoffs among them. * Hands-on depth with billing platforms (Orb, Stripe, Zuora, Metronome, or similar), billing pipelines and ledgers, and billing treated as a customer-facing surface. * A track record of driving measurable business outcomes, including revenue impact, through product strategy, experimentation, and execution. * Comfort in ambiguity - You identify missing information, frame tradeoffs, develop a point of view, and bring clear recommendations forward when decisions matter. * Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across Finance, Sales, UX, and Engineering, and to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives. * You balance analytics, customer understanding, and product judgment without over-indexing on any one input. THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT IF * You have experience monetizing AI, agent, inference, or other usage-based products, including familiarity with token, credit, or consumption-based pricing models. * You have stood up international and regional pricing and non-US payment methods. * You enjoy operating at the intersection of product, finance, and go-to-market strategy. * You’re energized by the opportunity to shape how a business grows, partner with senior leaders, and remain deeply engaged in the product work that makes it happen. Applying Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway! When applying please include: A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts. Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing accommodations@netlify.com. ABOUT NETLIFY Netlify is the most popular way to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications, empowering everyone from fast moving solo developers to enterprise teams. Millions of developers and organizations rely on Netlify as their platform of choice for composing web applications that are production ready, performant, and flexible. Now, as we embrace the next era of software development, we are embedding the same fluid, intuitive experience into the Agent Experience (AX), making it just as simple for intelligent agents to understand, interact with, and act on our platform as it is for developers. Whether your user is human or machine, Netlify ensures the path from idea to URL is seamless, fast, and deeply reliable. We are a Series D company that has raised over $200M from investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, EQT, Bessemer, BOND, and Menlo Ventures. As a fully distributed company, we aim to create a company culture where the best idea can come from anywhere and strive to be thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative in our work. If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’re excited to connect with you! At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our hiring range for this role is targeted at $200,000 - $270,000 for most US-based locations. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own pricing and monetization at Legora. This is one of the most consequential surface areas at the company: we just became the first major legal AI company to move to consumption-based pricing, and this role owns where that goes next. Your mandate spans both halves of monetization. You’ll own the consumption-based pricing system end to end, the user-facing experience inside the platform as well as the backend infrastructure that turns customers’ token consumption into revenue. And you’ll partner closely with finance on the pricing itself: how we price new models as they’re released, how we price features across the application, and what’s included, what’s an add-on, and what’s metered differently for different kinds of functionality. This is a chance to shape how a category-defining company captures value in an AI-native world. We’re constantly rethinking not just how we deliver value to customers, but how we align our incentives with theirs, and ultimately with their end clients. If you want to build the business model for the next era of legal work, this is the role. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our consumption-based pricing system, from the in-product experience to the underlying billing and metering infrastructure. * Build and operate the systems that reliably turn usage (tokens) into revenue (dollars), partnering closely with engineering on accuracy, transparency, and trust. * Own product pricing decisions: how and when we price newly released models, how we price features, and what is included, bundled, add-on, or metered. * Continuously evolve our monetization strategy to keep our incentives aligned with our customers’ and their end clients’. * Partner with go-to-market, finance, and leadership to translate pricing strategy into packaging, billing, and forecasting that scale. * Use data and customer insight to run pricing experiments, measure their impact, and turn results into a prioritized roadmap. * Deeply understand how legal teams buy and consume software, and translate that into pricing that is clear, fair, and durable. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building and owning pricing or monetization systems at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * Hands-on experience with usage- or consumption-based pricing, including the billing, metering, and infrastructure that make it work. * Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, business outcomes, and long-term incentive alignment. * Comfort working across the stack, from polished user-facing experiences to backend systems, and partnering tightly with engineering and finance. * Fluency with data and experimentation, and the rigor to make pricing decisions defensible. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. * Genuine excitement about reinventing how software is monetized in an AI-native world. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
