DESCRIPTION We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of our Conversational AI domain. In this role, you'll help lead the design and evolution of AI experiences across the agentic orchestration core, bot templates, and campaign creation, while setting the direction for how conversations are built and managed. You'll play a defining role in our next-generation LLM-powered conversational experiences and serve as a leading voice in how we approach AI-assisted product design. With a fresh brand, ongoing UI modernization, and strong support from product and engineering, there's real space to make a lasting impact. You'll help elevate the product from good enough to genuinely great, while mentoring others and raising the bar for design craft across the team. You'll own end-to-end design strategy and execution for your product area, from problem framing to production-ready work. Design & Innovate: Lead the design of next-generation conversational AI and bot-building experiences — intuitive, flexible, and built for scale. UX Discovery & Research: Lead discovery initiatives to uncover user insights and drive impactful research. Share findings clearly and help the team run measurable experiments to guide product direction. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with product, engineering, and cross functional partners to bring design visions to life. Build strong relationships and advocate clearly for the best user outcomes. Embrace Ambiguity: Approach uncertainty with curiosity — create clarity through validation, rigorous collaboration, and user insights, guiding the team toward actionable decisions in complex situations. UX/UI Strategy: Define and execute a scalable design strategy for the Orchestration domain that aligns with company goals and enhances user experience. Usability Testing & Metrics: Establish and monitor key usability and engagement metrics to assess design effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Design System Contribution: Actively contributes to the design system to improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product. Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in UX for conversational AI and orchestration, sharing insights both internally and externally. REQUIREMENTS Extensive product design experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a strong focus on complex workflow tools, conversational AI, or developer-facing products. Proven ability to define and execute design strategy that enhances product growth and aligns with business goals — not just delivery, but direction. Deep design craft across layout, typography, interaction, and visual systems, with a clear point of view and the skill to execute at a senior level. Strong UX discovery and research skills — able to lead initiatives, run experiments, and translate findings into product decisions. Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with diverse teams including product, engineering, and senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused, outcome-driven approach. Expert-level Figma proficiency and extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems. A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking — how you frame complex problems, make trade-offs, and drive toward great solutions. Keen interest in AI and discovering new ways to apply it — both in your own workflow and in the products you design. Nice to Have Hands-on experience designing chatbot builders, orchestration tools, or conversational AI platforms. Familiarity with LLM-powered product experiences and the unique design challenges they introduce. Experience with growth mechanics such as onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention. Background in or curiosity about developer tools or technical user personas. Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English. Our Vision: At Neo4j, we have always strived to help the world make sense of data. As business, society and knowledge become increasingly connected, our technology promotes innovation by helping organizations to find and understand data relationships. We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive. THE ROLE Neo4j is the leader in graph analytics, and our cloud platform is at the heart of powering data-driven innovation for thousands of users worldwide. We are on the lookout for versatile Full-Stack Engineers to help us design and build exceptional features that lower the bar for users to perform graph analytics. In this role, you will own the user-facing surface of those products. You'll help new users get to value quickly by reducing friction in their first workflows, and make our internal tooling effective enough that the rest of the team can support and operate the service confidently. You will work closely with our internal design system at neo4j.design, and collaborate across product, design, backend, and SRE to ship cohesive, end-to-end experiences. This is a mid-to-senior role at the intersection of product UX, graph analytics, and cloud data platforms. WHAT WE VALUE We’re looking for engineers with experience in both frontend and backend development. You should have experience designing APIs, implementing data persistence, and integrating with third-party services. Familiarity with automated testing approaches, from unit testing to full-stack integration tests, is important. A willingness to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges as part of a distributed and collaborative team is essential. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful features that enhance how users interact with Neo4j Aura graph analytics. You’ll work on everything from user-friendly interfaces to robust back-end systems, ensuring our solutions are scalable, reliable, and adaptable to diverse user needs. * Build and evolve the Aura Graph Analytics user experience inside the Neo4j Aura console. * Develop and maintain the in-app GUI for the Neo4j Graph Analytics App for Snowflake, an application that guides users through a multi-step workflow: selecting Snowflake data, projecting them as graphs, configuring and running algorithms, and writing back. * Design the graph-projection and algorithm-configuration UX for users who are not graph experts: clear workflow steps, sensible defaults, validation, and interactive previews of sampled graphs. * Improve the internal support tooling used to inspect the state of Aura Graph Analytics deployments and diagnose customer issues. * Use our shared design system (neo4j.design) so our products feel like one family. * Partner closely with product, design, backend, and SRE to ship cohesive end-to-end experiences across team boundaries. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Experience building and shipping production-quality software. * Strong TypeScript / JavaScript skills and significant frontend experience in production codebases. * Solid experience with React and modern frontend tooling (such as Tailwind). * Comfort collaborating with designers in Figma (or similar tools) and translating designs into accessible, responsive UI. * A user-centric mindset and a genuine interest in product UX, not just shipping components. * Experience creating API services in Golang, Java or Python BONUS POINTS * Experience working with Spotify’s Backstage framework. * Familiarity with graph data, graph algorithms, or data-science workflows. * Experience with Python-based UI tooling such as Streamlit and AnyWidget. * Experience with Snowflake, Snowpark, and building UIs that run inside a Snowflake Native App. #LI-Hybrid Why Join Neo4j? You know that bit where every company says they’re “changing the world”? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it. Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds. A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits. And now, we're on a quest to find a Machine Learning Engineer. Let us tell you about the role 📖 As a Machine Learning Engineer at Nextory, you'll build the systems that power how users discover, understand, and engage with books. You'll work across AI agents, search, recommendations, retrieval, and product experiences, turning advances in AI into features that users interact with every day. Some examples of what you'll be doing: * Build intelligent recommendation, search, and discovery systems that help users find their next favorite book and connect with the right content faster. * Use AI, user behavior, and content understanding to continuously improve relevance, engagement, and user experience. * Design, build, and operate scalable machine learning systems using LLMs, retrieval, recommendation, and agent technologies. * Collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver reliable AI-powered features with measurable user impact. Your story so far 👀 We believe you're an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and turning emerging technology into products that people love using. You are comfortable moving between product thinking and technical implementation, and you thrive in environments where experimentation, ownership, and fast iteration are part of everyday work. We also believe that you have: * BSc in Computer Science or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role * Strong programming skills in Python. * Experience working with AI agents and agent-based systems. * Experience building and shipping LLM-powered features to production. The Nextory way of working 🏠 At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That’s why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office! We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day. Your next story starts here 💫 We look forward to your application 💫. Applications are reviewed continuously, but please note that due to summer vacations, our response times may be a little longer than usual. If you have any questions about the role, please contact erika.thorslund@nextory.com. Please note that we do not offer relocation and that a six-month probationary period applies.
UX Designer at Logikfabriken We're a consultancy of curious, generous people in tech who care as much about the craft as the team around us. Are you a UX Designer who wants to own the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products that are both data heavy and deeply human? Perfect! 👌 You'd work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. You're also someone who's social, clear in your communication, and genuinely enjoys close collaboration. That's a big part of how we work and how we have fun together. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of UX design experience You've worked end to end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow up in real usage. You're used to making design decisions where technology, business, and user needs all need to be balanced. Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus ✚. You know what it means to design for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Curious and forward leaning. You want to understand users, products, and the problem behind the problem, and you keep an eye on where design and technology are heading next. Always learning, always sharing. You look for ways to learn from others and pass on what you know, whether through pairing, critique, writing, or just thinking out loud in a chat thread. A love for complex problems. Tangled domains, messy edge cases, and unclear requirements energize you rather than scare you off. A collaborative way of working. You share early, invite feedback, and bring others along instead of designing in isolation. Comfortable with AI in your craft. You've adopted AI tools into your own workflow, and ideally also designed AI powered features or products. Strong craft in interaction design, prototyping, and visualizing solutions. Outcome oriented. You don't stop at shipped. You care about whether the design actually moved the needle for users and the business, and you use that to shape what comes next. A pragmatic mindset. Good design that ships beats perfect design that never does. YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT You'll join a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams. You'll be a member of the product trio alongside a product manager and an engineering lead, and you'll own the full design process for the team, from discovery through delivery. You'll also play a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product. The product helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement, leadership, and wellbeing through continuous feedback and AI driven insights. Expect complex flows, layered data, and users that range from frontline employees to executives. A great fit if you like designing for products that are both data heavy and deeply human. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE You care deeply about how products feel. Not just how they work, but how they look, respond, and guide users. At your previous role, you were probably the person who noticed the small details others missed, the awkward interaction, the unnecessary friction, the moment where the product could have been better. At Tandem, you’ll bring that mindset to healthcare, a space where most software still feels slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You’ll help us change that! As a Design Engineer, you’ll work closely with designers, product, and other engineers to build experiences that are fast, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use. Your core strength lies in frontend development, crafting high-quality user interfaces - while still being comfortable working across the stack when needed. You’ll take ideas from rough concepts to polished features in production, with a strong sense of ownership over both the technical implementation and the final user experience. This is a role for someone who moves quickly, has strong product taste, and cares about getting the details right - because those details are what make a product feel great. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Own and ship user-facing features end-to-end, from early concept to polished production experience. * Work closely with designers to translate ideas into high-quality, interactive UI, and iterate quickly based on feedback. * Build and maintain fast, responsive, and scalable frontend applications, primarily using modern web technologies. * Contribute across the stack when needed - integrating APIs, shaping data flows, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. * Continuously refine and improve the product by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities for better UX. * Take ownership of UI quality, performance, and consistency across the product. * Use the best modern tools (including AI-assisted development) to ship high-quality features quickly. WHAT YOU BRING * Strong experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and React. * A clear strength and interest in frontend development - you care deeply about UI, performance, and user experience. * A sharp eye for design, interaction, and detail, you care about spacing, motion, responsiveness, and polish. * A product mindset - you think in terms of user outcomes, not just technical tasks. * Ability to move quickly from idea to implementation, with a high degree of ownership. * Comfort working across the stack when needed (e.g. APIs, backend integrations). * Experience shipping production systems and understanding how to balance speed with quality. * Strong collaboration skills - you enjoy working closely with designers and other engineers. BONUS POINTS * Experience in the healthcare industry or with health-related applications. * Experience working in design-heavy or product-led teams. * Familiarity with tools like Figma and ability to collaborate closely on design systems. * Experience building LLM-powered interfaces or AI-driven products. Thanks for your patience - we're looking forward to reading your application! BENEFITS * Competitive salary & company stock options * 30 days/year of paid vacation * 5,000 SEK wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) plus an additional 6,000 SEK yearly to spend on other health related initiatives * Generous Parental leave top-up for new parents * Private Medical Insurance to stay healthy * Mental health support through our partner Mindler * Pension program * Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties) * An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare * Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering.
