To set goals and to reach those goals together with my team is true motivation for me. What you'll do as a Software Engineer within AI and Analytics: We are looking for more than one new colleague. Depending on your profile and interests. As a software engineer in our team you will be responsible for the software design and implementation in a solution. We are working on Linux systems. We are working on the vertical in the software stack (mostly C++) and we are also working with the web based interfaces using Typescript and React. Cyber security is important for us. Git and Gerrit is used for revision handling and review of the C++ code. We are writing test cases in Python. Debugging and fixing bugs is part of everyday work. Accuracy of our solution is a big part and a challenge. Together we find solutions to complex problems in a complex code base. Who are you? You are newly graduated or an experienced software engineer feeling ready for the next step in your career. You are stimulated by challenges and love to solve problems together with others. You have a positive mindset and are a true team player. We'd love to hear that you have: A strong personal drive and are communicative. Experience from school or from the industry in C++, Linux and Python. Interest to learn more about cyber security. Experience of or want to learn Typescript and React. This role involves tackling integration hurdles to bring our model to our partners, ensuring it supports both research and pilots effectively. As a Strategic Engagements Software Engineer, you will bridge our core AI research with client systems. You will adapt, productionize, and stabilize advanced algorithms for robust operation on diverse hardware - from embedded systems to complex platforms. This requires: Deep systems expertise to optimize high-performance native code. A hands-on approach to client deployment and resilient interface design. A focus on flexibility, creating configurable systems under strict performance constraints. What You’ll Do Translating research into a successful product hinges on several core attributes: reliability, portability, and flexibility. Additionally, success requires efficiency, developer experience, observability, and configurability. The role requires comprehensive DevOps responsibility across the entire software development lifecycle: Development: Coding, quality assurance, and testing. Infrastructure: Building CI/CD pipelines and release management. Operations: Server maintenance, system monitoring, and site reliability. What you bring Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C++; comfortable with Python and TypeScript for integration and tooling. Systems Fluency: Expertise in Linux environments with a focus on memory management, concurrency, and performance.
