Din roll Som International Category Manager har du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och driva det strategiska inköpsarbetet inom dina kategorier. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och leder upphandlingar – från behovsanalys och strategi till förhandling, avtal och uppföljning. Du driver utvecklingen mot ett mer digitalt och datadrivet inköp, där transparens, uppföljning och smarta beslutsstöd är centrala delar. I rollen kommer du bland annat att: Driva strategiska upphandlingar och utveckla kategoristrategier med fokus på affärsvärde, kvalitet och långsiktighet. Bygga starka leverantörsrelationer, ansvara för ram- och projektavtal samt följa upp leverantörernas prestation. Samarbeta nära verksamheten för att utveckla hållbara inköpslösningar och driva förbättringar genom nya arbetssätt och digitalisering. Bidra till utvecklingen av E.ONs internationella kategoriarbete. Säkerställa efterlevnad av interna processer och externa regelverk (ex. LUF). I rollen kan även kategoriansvar inom energilagring (BESS – Battery Energy Storage Systems) ingå, där du arbetar i gränssnittet mellan teknik, affär och energiomställning. Dina erfarenheter För att lyckas och trivas i rollen ser vi att du har en relevant utbildning inom exempelvis ekonomi, juridik, teknik eller motsvarande. Du har flerårig erfarenhet av strategiskt inköp och känner dig trygg i att driva komplexa upphandlingar och leverantörsförhandlingar i en affärsnära roll. Har du erfarenhet av indirekt inköp eller upphandling inom reglerad verksamhet, exempelvis enligt LUF eller LOU, är det meriterande men inget krav. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent experience. Nice to have’s: Experience from aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing. THE ROLE: This role owns the strategic balance between commercial procurement excellence and advanced manufacturing oversight across Yubico's hardware supply chain. Given our specialized product nature, the primary mission is to optimize the balance between cost, time, and quality while ensuring impeccable relationship governance, absolute supply chain stability, and robust risk mitigation through the development of viable backup plans. The focus split is 60/40 in favor of Procurement over Engineering. The ideal candidate will be a sharp commercial negotiator capable of managing complex commodity indexing (e.g., precious metal prices affecting electronics) and multi-year capacity reservations with our most vital partners.
