In this role you will report to our Planning leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving planning excellence, schedule assurance, and project-wide coordination across one of the largest industrial projects in Europe. As Planning & Scheduling Lead, you will act as the Owner's representative for planning and scheduling within your assigned project area. You will work closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, EPCM partners, and contractors to ensure schedules are realistic, integrated, and aligned with project objectives. This is a site-based role with a strong focus on schedule assurance, progress validation, forecasting, and delivery performance. A successful Gym Reception may also be responsible for training other members of the Gym Reception team and sharing knowledge on all aspects of House Gym and fostering a “home away from home” feeling as well as scheduling personal training sessions, communicates with members and trainers, and creating a top-notch first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner always. Main Duties * Welcome every member by name and guest to House Gym, check them in and direct to personal training session, free weights, Technogym equipment, changing rooms or answer any requests as they arise with top-notch customer service * Assist management with House Gym promotion, scheduling and following up on personal training sessions, maintain/update appointment calendars as well as assist with answering high-volume phone lines and direct appropriately for general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees, among other inquiries * Well-versed on best practices when answering standard Q&A regarding training options, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing * Record, document and follow up on all queries, complaints, lost property, and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by, the relevant department * Assist members and guests with Technogym equipment as well as clean, sanitary and maintain a safe work environment, reception area and desk * In real-time ensure any member and guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set and a manager is notified * Relationship builder and collaborative with communication and reporting red flags as well as positive feedback to management to assess and implement actionable items * Adhere to health and safety policy (I.e., IIPP, worker’s comp procedures, and allergy procedures) is always followed as monitor and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. Required Skills/Qualifications * Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. * Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities. * Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter * Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment * Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions * Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday’s (as needed) Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to make periodical fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others. * Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds. * Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required. * Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping. * Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
