Förvaltningen ansvarar bland annat för drift och utveckling av kommunens drygt 140 grundskolor och omkring 30 gymnasieskolor. Gymnasieavdelningens arbetar för att förverkliga utbildningsnämndens mål och visioner. Inom avdelningen finns Skolslussen, där vi ansvarar för studie- och yrkesvägledning, antagning och övergångar mellan skolformer. Vi samverkar med arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen och socialtjänsten för att säkerställa att ungdomar får det stöd de behöver utifrån hemkommunens ansvar. Gruppen består av fem studie- och yrkesvägledare och är placerad i trevliga lokaler centralt i Stockholm. Din roll Som studie- och yrkesvägledare på Skolslussen blir du en del av vägledningsgruppen. Du vägleder, informerar och ger stöd till ungdomar i åldern 16-20 år som av olika anledningar står utan en gymnasieplats. I rollen bidrar du till att komplettera och utveckla befintliga insatser inom utbildningsförvaltningen, socialtjänsten och arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen, med målet att fler ungdomar fullföljer sina studier. Du deltar i nätverk med gymnasieskolor och samverkar med socialtjänst och arbetsmarknadsförvaltningens insatser. En viktig del av uppdraget är att fånga upp ungdomar som saknar sysselsättning eller ännu inte har en gymnasieplats och ge dem stöd att hitta en väg tillbaka till studier. [LG1] Arbetet innebär även samarbete, både internt och externt, med exempelvis Gymnasieantagningen Storstockholm, andra enheter inom förvaltningen och andra yrkesverksamma inom området. Du bidrar också till hela verksamhetens utveckling och måluppfyllelse genom exempelvis att ta fram rutindokument och uppdragsbeskrivningar, delta i metodutvecklande projekt och skriva tjänsteutlåtanden. Under gymnasieansökningsperioderna och i samband med antagningsbeskeden på sommaren har verksamheten en hög arbetsbelastning och arbetstempot är högt. Din kompetens och erfarenhet Vi söker dig som har: studie- och yrkesvägledarexamen erfarenhet av arbete som studie- och yrkesvägledare inom olika skolformer, gärna inom grundskola, gymnasieskola eller Komvux goda kunskaper om skollagen och relevanta förordningar inom skolområdet erfarenhet av arbete med ungdomar och familjer i svåra situationer eller komplexa situationer god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift god förmåga att planera och organisera ditt arbete god digital kompetens och vana att arbeta i administrativa system. Det är meriterande om du har: erfarenhet av samverkan med kommunala aktivitetsansvaret (KAA) och socialtjänsten erfarenhet av att jobba inom skola, anpassade grund- och gymnasieskolor, introduktionsprogram och elever med behov av särskilt stöd erfarenhet av att arbeta i Indra och BER (Barn- och elevregistret i Stockholms stad) god kännedom om arbete i en politiskt styrd organisation, gärna inom utbildningsområdet i Stockholms stad erfarenhet av handläggning/myndighetsutövning inom utbildningssektorn och kommunal verksamhet. The role… At Soho House the People & Development Manager will be a strategic business partner to the General Manager for the property they are responsible for. The People & Development Manager reports directly to the Area Manager. The People & Development Manager will be primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of company policies, procedures, and practices including employee relations, worker’s compensation, leave of absence administration and recruitment. A successful Room Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred * Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness * Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently * Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude * Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
