The Role
HubSpot is core to how the business runs, spanning customer service, sales, retention, compliance and marketing. We're looking for
someone who can both build on the platform and think strategically about it- writing custom code and integrations where standard
configuration falls short, while keeping a clear view of HubSpot's evolving feature set to inform what we build next and why. This
is a hands-on technical role with a strategic edge, sitting within the Operations Team and working closely with the Director of
Operations to turn business problems into HubSpot solutions, and HubSpot capability into business opportunity.

We’re looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Manager to own email-led retention performance across our Accounting-as-a-Service division. Working with a high-volume client base, you’ll be responsible for reducing involuntary and voluntary churn through a disciplined data-driven email retention programme. You will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of retention-specific email journeys, from early-tenure engagement to save and win-back flows. You'll work with a high-volume client base to design and execute targeted campaigns that reduce churn, with a particular focus on the free period and the first year of paid monthly subscriptions. You’ll use CRM data, behavioural signals, and usage patterns to identify at-risk or disengaged clients and proactively intervene through scalable marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Own and continuously optimise the end-to-end email retention programme for the month-to-month subscriber base. * Design, build and iterate save flows targeting subscribers at elevated churn risk, using behavioural and transactional signals to trigger timely interventions. * Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks that reflect subscription tenure, engagement depth and cancel-intent indicators. * Run a structured testing programme across subject lines, send cadence, offer mechanics, and message framing to improve save rates and reduce passive churn. * Monitor and report on core retention email metrics: save rate, cancel deflection, reactivation rate, open-to-save conversion, and revenue retained. * Partner with our Business Information Team to identify leading churn indicators and feed these into automated trigger logic. * Collaborate with Director of Lifecycle Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure retention email activity is sequenced correctly and does not conflict with acquisition or engagement programmes. * Work with the Legal Team to ensure all retention communications meet regulatory. A strong command of both Czech (for smooth internal collaboration) and English (for our international audience) is essential to keep our localized messaging sharp and on-point. * Drive and data ownership: We move fast and value a proactive, independent work approach. You are someone who doesn't just launch a campaign and walk away; you take full ownership, monitor the data, troubleshoot errors, and see projects through to a successful finish. * An appetite for the trading world: Having a background in financial markets or prop trading is a massive plus. YOUR MISSION Working from our office in central “old” Belgrade, you will be in contact with clients from all over the world daily. You will form strong international relationships and most likely get used to travelling to Copenhagen to our Danish office. You must be passionate about giving our clients the best possible experience and helping them maximize the utility of their email newsletters - But using our world-leading platform! As a Platform Specialist, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Providing exemplary support to Passendo customers across the globe via email and our Service Desk. * Facilitating seamless customer onboarding, delivering training sessions, and maintaining ongoing customer interactions. * Ensuring our Knowledge Base remains current by contributing relevant and valuable content. * Assisting customers in optimizing the product for unparalleled business success. * Becoming the authoritative voice of our customers, actively collecting feedback to fuel continuous improvement across all facets of Passendo’s technology.
