At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. ABOUT THE ROLE Snowflake is transforming how enterprise Procure to Pay operates — and we're looking for a senior operations leader to help us execute on that vision. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We have agentic AI projects in flight, a best-in-class technology stack, and a team that is motivated to build something the industry hasn't seen before. We need someone who can run the operation at a high level while simultaneously driving execution on the automation and AI initiatives already on our roadmap. As Sr. Manager of Procure to Pay Operations, you will own the operational performance of our end-to-end P2P function — spanning Procurement, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing, Travel & Expense, and Global Contracts. You will report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer and serve as the operational backbone of a global, fast-moving team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own P2P Operations End to End * Lead day-to-day operations across Procurement, AP, Strategic Sourcing, T&E, and Global Contracts * Ensure SLA performance, approval cycle times, and process compliance meet or exceed targets across all functions * Establish clear ownership, operating rhythms, and accountability across a globally distributed team * Serve as the primary operational escalation point for cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Security Drive Automation & Agentic AI Execution * Own the execution of agentic AI and automation projects already in flight across the P2P stack * Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to move automation initiatives from roadmap to production * Identify additional automation opportunities across the procure-to-pay lifecycle and build the business case * Champion AI tool adoption across the team — setting the standard for how the function leverages technology to scale Lead and Develop the Team * Manage a team of procurement, AP, and sourcing professionals across multiple geographies * Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations, strong feedback loops, and a focus on continuous improvement * Develop team members' capabilities in both operational excellence and AI-enabled ways of working Deliver Visibility and Insights * Own P2P reporting and metrics — ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into spend, cycle times, SLA performance, and process health * Surface insights that drive better decision-making across Finance, Sourcing, and the business * Partner with FP&A on committed spend, budget alignment, and accrual accuracy WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required * 8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or a related field — with at least 3 years in a people management role * Proven track record leading operational transformation in a P2P or S2P environment — you have built things, not just run them * Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools in an operational context — you understand how to translate technology into process improvement * Deep familiarity with Workday or a comparable ERP, and procurement intake platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or SAP Ariba * Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills — you are equally comfortable with Legal, Finance, Security, and business unit leaders * Executive-level communication skills — you can distill complexity into clarity for a CPO or CFO audience * Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones Nice to Have * Experience with Navan, ServiceNow, or similar T&E and ITSM platforms * Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern data platforms * Background in a high-growth technology company with a scaled P2P operation * Experience working alongside engineering or AI product teams to deliver automation at scale WHY SNOWFLAKE At Snowflake, we don't just use technology — we run on it. Our P2P function is one of the most advanced in the industry, leveraging our own platform alongside best-in-class agentic AI tools to fundamentally change how procurement and finance operations work. This is an opportunity to be at the center of that transformation — to take a roadmap that already exists and drive it to completion, while building the kind of operation that others will study and replicate. If you are energized by execution, motivated by innovation, and want to lead a team doing work that genuinely matters, this is the role for you. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake's Sales Operations organization is seeking a Senior Manager for Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning to join our GTM Planning team. In this role, you will bring deep subject matter expertise in planning operations and lead a team of analysts and individual contributors responsible for executing in-year planning operations across the GTM organization. You will own the processes, systems, and operational rigor behind quota setting, attainment management, and in-year adjustments — ensuring planning outputs are accurate, on time, and trusted by the field. Additionally, you will partner closely with Field Operations, HR, Finance, and Enterprise Technology to coordinate cross-functional planning inputs and continuously improve the processes and tools that power GTM planning execution. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO: * Lead in-year operations execution across your assigned GTM coverage areas — including new hire quota setup, proration methodology, attainment checks, exception handling, and quota deployment. * Own Pigment model governance within your domain: data inputs, model logic, version control, and output accuracy for in-year operations. * Partner with Field Operations to ensure consistent and timely delivery of quota and attainment data; serve as the primary operational point of contact for in-year issues across your coverage. * Design, document, and deliver enablement on in-year operations policies and processes for Field Operations and cross-functional partners. * Drive cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, and Enterprise Technology to ensure planning inputs and outputs are accurate, aligned to plan intent, and delivered on time. * Identify process gaps and implement system-based improvements; drive automation and operational enhancements that reduce manual work and improve cycle reliability. * Perform regular quota and attainment reviews to ensure accurate performance reporting and commissions processing across your scope. * Manage and develop a team of analysts and individual contributors, building domain expertise, planning fundamentals, and a culture of rigor and ownership. ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: * 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in Sales Operations, GTM planning, or a comparable revenue operations role; experience at a high-growth enterprise technology company is preferred. * Deep understanding of in-year sales operations processes, including quota methodology, attainment calculation, exception frameworks, and compensation plan operationalization. * Proficiency in Pigment or comparable planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), including model building, data integration, and version control. * Strong command of Salesforce and BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Tableau, or equivalent), with the ability to produce reliable planning outputs and dashboards. * Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, facilitate alignment across HR, Finance, and IT/ET partners, and drive decisions forward. * Proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality planning outputs on tight timelines, with the judgment to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. * Experience managing and developing individual contributors, with a focus on building team capability, documentation standards, and operational discipline. * Proficiency with data analysis tools; SQL experience preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Systems, Process & Operations to lead our global GTM Systems function, reporting to the SVP of Revenue Strategy and Operations. This executive role governs and evolves our end-to-end GTM technology stack, data architecture, and revenue intelligence foundation — overseeing Quote-to-Cash, Core Sales Technology, and GTM Shared Services to maximize field performance and revenue velocity. As a key leader in Snowflake's AI-native RevOps evolution, you will inherit a highly capable team and push it further — ensuring Snowflake's own revenue operations are the best proof point for Snowflake's technology. Key Responsibilities * Platform Strategy & Architecture: Own the long-term roadmap for global GTM data and technology. Set architectural direction for the revenue intelligence platform — what gets built, governed, and retired. Maintain rigorous MDM, data hygiene, and release management in partnership with IT. * AI-Native Operations: Lead a team already at the forefront of AI adoption in GTM. Define how AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines replace manual data production — and shift the team's focus toward governance, architecture, and strategic advisory work. * Revenue Velocity: Standardize global sales workflows and streamline Quote-to-Cash to reduce cycle times and field friction. Ensure the GTM data layer is fast, reliable, and trusted enough for field leaders to act on without verification overhead. * Field Support: Provide strategic leadership for the Field Support organization, integrating specialized deal support with centralized operational execution to optimize field productivity and customer success. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with IT, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to scope and deliver complex GTM capabilities. Hold a platform position — setting the agenda for what the revenue data layer enables. * Team Leadership: Manage and grow a global team of Directors, Senior Managers, and specialists across QTC, Core Sales, and Shared Services. Drive the cultural and capability shifts required to lead — not follow — the pace of change. * Buy vs. Build Governance: Oversee procurement and integration of third-party technologies. Evaluate AI tooling critically, distinguishing genuine capability from hype. * Snowflake on Snowflake: Partner with Product and Data Engineering to embed Snowflake's AI and data capabilities directly into internal GTM workflows. This org is the reference architecture for enterprise revenue operations running on Snowflake. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 15+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years leading Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Intelligence functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment * Proven success managing global, multi-layered teams across system configuration, process design, and SLA-driven shared services operations * Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, CPQ, CLM) and master data management platforms * Experience governing the integration between Salesforce and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) as the analytical layer * Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment through data, manage competing priorities, and communicate across technical and business audiences PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience leading a GTM operations or revenue systems team through a transition from data delivery to AI-governed data architecture — not just introducing AI tools, but redesigning how the team's work is organized around them * Working knowledge of AI agent deployments in a revenue operations context, including LLM-based agent governance within CRM and data warehouse systems * Demonstrated ownership of metric definitions, data quality infrastructure, or a "single source of truth" initiative at a revenue data architecture level — serving multiple downstream consumers * Track record of leading organizational transformation through technology-driven change — sustaining momentum through ambiguity and retaining key talent during rapid evolution * Executive presence and credibility with peer VPs and SVPs — able to hold a platform position in cross-functional conversations without defaulting to compliance Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
