ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. THE ROLE You'll be one of the first hires on the EMEA RevOps team and a critical force multiplier for the Head of RevOps EMEA. You'll cover ground across Sales, Marketing, CS, Legal Engineer Ops - partnering with leaders in each function, diagnosing where the funnel is leaking, and shipping the fixes. You'll work alongside our RevOps Engineer on the systems side and own the analytical, process, and operating-cadence work yourself. This role suits someone who's already proven they can operate independently in one or two RevOps domains and now wants to widen their scope. You'll get exposure to territory planning, planning cycles, forecasting, and stack decisions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Pipeline & funnel analytics. Weekly pipeline reviews, conversion analysis, win/loss diagnostics. You'll be the person who knows where deals are getting stuck and why. * Forecast support. Help run our forecasting process - pulling the data, prepping the calls, flagging anomalies, and tightening accuracy over time. * CRM operations. Day-to-day Salesforce ownership - lead routing, stage definitions, validation rules, data hygiene programs. You'll partner with the RevOps Engineer on bigger architectural changes. * Process design. Lead-to-opportunity SLAs, deal desk basics, sales process documentation, and the operating mechanics that keep the GTM motion running cleanly. * GTM analytics. Build the reports and dashboards GTM leaders actually use — and write the memos that go with them. You translate numbers into decisions. * Project work across functions. Territory adjustments, new segment launches, tool implementations - you'll lead delivery on the ones we hand to you. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a closely-related GTM Ops role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. * Strong analytical chops - comfortable in SQL and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar). You can pull your own data, not wait for someone else to. * Real Salesforce hands-on experience - reports, dashboards, flows, validation, data hygiene. You can sit down and configure it. * Full-funnel curiosity - even if your last role was concentrated in one area, you've actively pushed into adjacent functions and want to widen further. * Sharp written communication. You can summarise a complicated problem into a one-page memo a GTM leader will read. * Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. You'd rather ship a 70% solution this week than a 100% one next quarter. * A collaborative, low-ego style - you'll be working closely with Sales, Marketing, CS and Legal Engineer leaders who all have opinions. OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES * Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation stacks. * Exposure to comp plan administration or planning cycle work. * Some SQL/Python beyond the basics. * Vertical SaaS or legal tech background. Our AI products are trusted by pioneering companies like Spotify, B Labs, Strava, Hinge Health, and Merck, and have served more than 1 million people worldwide. We believe advancing knowledge is the world’s most important problem to solve. From writing and the printing press to the internet and Google, the tools that accelerate access to knowledge define human progress. Yet workplace software hasn’t kept up. We’re building towards a world where knowledge is not only more accessible, but actively helps you accomplish more than you ever thought possible. If that future excites you, you’re in the right place. Come and do your life’s work with us. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Growth marketing manager to join our Marketing team. This is a mid-level role for a hands-on marketer who can own paid acquisition, web experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across our key markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, growth, and web optimization: designing and running multi-channel campaigns, continuously improving our marketing website, and turning high-intent traffic into pipeline and revenue. You’ll partner closely with our broader Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams to drive measurable growth for both of Sana’s AI products. This role is ideal if you love going deep on data, running experiments end-to-end, and shipping iterative improvements that compound over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own performance and growth campaigns You will: * Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels (e.g. YouTube, Reddit) to drive high-quality lead and opportunity generation. * Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, refining audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets to maximize ROAS while hitting CAC and CPA targets. * Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CTR, conversion rate, and downstream pipeline metrics. * Partner with content and design to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives, messaging, and offers tailored to our core buyer personas. Lead website and conversion rate optimization You will: * Own experimentation on Sana’s marketing website and key landing pages, designing and running tests across layout, copy, UX, and forms to improve visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion. * Use quantitative data (GA4, behavioral analytics) and qualitative insights (session recordings, surveys, user feedback) to identify friction points and prioritize CRO opportunities. * Collaborate with design, product marketing, and web development to implement winning variations and ensure a consistent, premium brand experience. * Maintain clear documentation of tests, hypotheses, results, and learnings to build a scalable experimentation program over time. Build a robust growth analytics foundation You will: * Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline/revenue impact across channels and experiments. * Own marketing tracking and attribution quality across web and paid media, partnering with RevOps to ensure accurate lead source, campaign, and opportunity data. * Analyze performance across the entire funnel—from first touch to closed-won—to identify where optimizations will have the largest impact, and communicate clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate across Growth and Commercial You will: * Work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales to align campaigns and experiments with business priorities, launches, and target segments. * Partner with Sales on feedback loops around lead quality and pipeline, iterating targeting and messaging accordingly. * Support broader growth initiatives when needed, including content-driven campaigns, events, and partnerships, always with a focus on measurable impact. WHAT WILL HELP YOU THRIVE EXPERIENCE * 2–4 years in a highly data-driven digital marketing, growth, or CRO role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech. * Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with clear revenue or pipeline accountability. * Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on websites or landing pages that moved key metrics (conversion rate, CPA, or similar). SKILLS * Strong proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools such as GA4 and major ad platforms; familiarity with heatmapping/session replay and A/B testing tools (e.g. Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, similar). * Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Sheets, or BI platforms to track performance and inform decisions. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling stories for both marketing peers and commercial stakeholders. * Solid understanding of CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and user-centered web design best practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft succinct, conversion-focused messaging and present your recommendations with clarity and confidence. MINDSET * Analytical and hypothesis-driven: you enjoy dissecting complex problems, forming clear hypotheses, and validating them through experiments and data. * Outcome-oriented: you care deeply about impact on pipeline and revenue, not just activity metrics. * Builder mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to help shape our digital growth and experimentation practices from the ground up. * High ownership and autonomy: you can independently prioritize, execute, and iterate, while knowing when to pull in collaborators. * Motivated by excellence: you set a high bar for your own work and are more interested in learning and improving than being right. NICE-TO-HAVE * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, similar). * Background working on complex B2B buying journeys or multi-stakeholder deal cycles. * Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how they interact with UX and conversion. * Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling markets is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER * Help shape AI's future alongside brilliant minds from Google, Apple, Spotify, Notion, Slack, Databricks, and BCG. * Competitive salary complemented with a competitive RSU program. * Swift professional growth in an evolving environment, supported by a culture of continuous feedback and mentorship from senior leaders. * Work with talented teammates across 5+ countries, and global customers, from our beautiful office in Stockholm.
THE ROLE We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to power and scale our Demand Generation engine, with data at the center of everything. This is a hands-on, highly operational role for someone who naturally thinks in CRM objects, schemas, lifecycle states, joins, and structured datasets. You won’t just analyze data. You’ll design the structures that make GTM execution possible. You’ll work directly inside Salesforce and enrichment tools like Clay, building and maintaining the datasets that fuel sourcing, segmentation, targeting, and signal-based workflows. You’ll be the analytical backbone to Demand Gen, ensuring execution is precise, scalable, and trustworthy. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON * You’ll design and operate structured datasets that power our top-of-funnel engine. That means translating GTM use cases into clean data models, defining fields, keys, joins, and logic so workflows run without friction. * You’ll work directly with Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns), maintaining lifecycle integrity and ensuring relationships are accurate and reliable. Data hygiene isn’t a cleanup task here, it’s core infrastructure. * You’ll implement signal thresholds, inclusion and exclusion logic, and routing readiness rules. You’ll QA data before it reaches BDRs or Sales. When something looks off, you won’t patch it, you’ll fix the root cause. * You’ll also build structured funnel visibility from signal to pipeline. Conversion, velocity, leakage, you’ll make it measurable and reliable. When Demand Gen has questions, the answer comes from well-modeled data, not guesswork. * And as we scale, you’ll continuously refine schemas, simplify joins, and reduce manual work so the engine gets stronger, not heavier. WHO YOU ARE * You’re analytical, structured, and detail-obsessed. You care about how data is built, not just what it shows. * You’ve worked in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops before. You’re comfortable reasoning directly about CRM data models and structured datasets. You understand lifecycle logic, object relationships, and what breaks when those aren’t clean. * You’ve operationalised workflows from data, not just reported on them. * SQL, advanced spreadsheet skills, enrichment tools, or experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments are a plus, but clarity of thinking and data intuition matter more.
