ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR & Talent Coordinator to support our growing team, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent coordination. This role will play a key part in helping us attract, engage and hire great people across the business. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting roles and screening applications through to interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding. Alongside recruitment, you will also support general people operations, HR administration and employee experience initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR or people operations who is looking to build their career in a fast-paced, international business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION * Support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and locations, including Abu Dhabi, London and New York. * Screen CVs and applications, helping to identify suitable candidates for hiring managers. * Coordinate interviews, candidate tasks and feedback across the recruitment process. * Help manage recruitment administration, including offer letters, contracts, references and onboarding documentation. ONBOARDING & NEW JOINER EXPERIENCE * Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience. * Prepare new starter documents and internal announcements. * Liaise with managers, Operations and relevant teams to ensure equipment, access and systems are ready. * Support with probation tracking and new joiner check-ins. PEOPLE OPERATIONS & HR ADMINISTRATION * Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and internal trackers. * Prepare HR documents, letters and employment-related paperwork. * Support with employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, salary changes, contract updates and role changes. * Assist with payroll inputs, HR reporting and general people data administration. * Help maintain and update internal HR policies, processes and employee handbook content. * Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Junior Partnerships Manager, you will support the growth of Audiomob’s gaming and app developer network by helping identify, engage, onboard, and grow relationships with game and app partners. This role is suited to someone with a strong interest in mobile gaming, app monetisation, and adtech, who is commercially minded and eager to develop their partnership and deal-making skills. You will work closely with senior members of the Partnerships team to support revenue growth through new partner acquisition, onboarding, and account development. You should have a good understanding of mobile game or app monetisation, including key industry metrics such as retention, ARPDAU, and LTV. You do not need to be an expert across every area, but you should be curious, analytical, and comfortable learning how developers think about monetisation and user experience. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with game or app developers, publishers, adtech platforms, or monetisation teams. You should be confident in communicating with external partners, comfortable supporting commercial conversations, and able to work cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ad Ops. JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTANT Location: AUH, UAE Experience Level: 3–5 years About the Role Audiomob is a fast growing adtech startup operating across the UAE, MENA and US markets. We are looking for a hands on Accountant who can take ownership of cash forecasting, P&L accuracy, and financial discipline in a dynamic environment. This is a high responsibility role suited to someone comfortable operating in a lean team with full visibility across the finance function.
