THE ROLE The Head of NPI Engineering is responsible for leading the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process within a high-mix, electronic manufacturing environment. SCOPE OF THE ROLE At Soho House, the Health Club Manager leads the successful launch and day-to-day operation of our Health Club, creating an exceptional member experience across fitness, recovery and spa. This is a pre-opening leadership role, responsible for delivering every aspect of the Health Club before opening day and establishing the standards that will define the operation long-term. Working closely with the General manager, Global Director of Health Clubs and the wider project team, you will oversee recruitment, procurement, operational readiness, training, supplier management and the successful opening of the Health Club. Following launch, you will lead the daily operation of the Health Club, including the gym, recovery technologies, spa treatments, wellness programming and changing facilities. What to Expect The Head of Flight Test (HoFT) is the technical and organisational leader of the Flight Test function at Vertical Aerospace. Reporting to the VP Prototype Programmes and Flight Test , the HoFT is accountable for all matters relating to flight test activity except pilotage. The HoFT and the Chief Test Pilot are jointly responsible for the safe execution of flight test operations as described in the Flight Test Operations Manual (FTOM) This is a senior, regulator-visible leadership role responsible for ensuring that all flight test activity is: * Technically sound * Properly governed * Safely conducted * Within Permit to Fly conditions * Aligned with certification and programme objectives The Head of Flight Test defines the strategy, structure and technical integrity of flight testing, delegating day-to-day sortie execution to Test Directors, Lead Flight Test Engineers and Test Pilots. Job description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager to work in our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will need to have a demonstrably strong track record of managing sizeable capital for a relevant period of time with a high Sharpe ratio. Responsibilities : * Develop and execute a clear, disciplined, and sustainable investment process that produces strong ideas. * Manage a portfolio in Emerging Markets credit, interest rate and foreign exchange instruments in accordance with established trading and risk parameters. * Collaborate and share market views with partners, other portfolio managers and research team. Required qualities and skills: * Proven track record of producing strong risk-adjusted returns. * Strong understanding of portfolio construction and risk management. * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail. * Bachelor’s degree or Masters / PhD, preferably in a quantitative discipline. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong work ethic and team spirit.
