This role will involve proactive maintenance as well as reactive fault and emergency work, which will include weekend work on a rota basis. YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Network Maintenance Manager JOB LOCATION: NI TERMS: Permanent, full time THE JOB We are looking for a Network Maintenance Manager to take the lead in ensuring the Network Maintenance department is resourced and prepared to respond maintenance activities on the telecoms network. This is a hands-on position with high level of competency required. The candidate will be expected to hold a high level of ownership for their area of responsibility and will include weekend work on a rota basis. YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Managing the Network Maintenance team, ensuring achievement of KPIs, management of staff, training and any employee related issues * Upskill all levels of the team, promoting high performance teams, identifying training gaps and mentoring team members * Developing a team and processes to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of labour, ensuring Network Maintenance work is prioritised, responded to and dealt with in line with SLAs * Ensure all necessary cross-functional resources are identified and ensure that all resources understand their roles and accept their responsibilities * Managing the standby callout rota and ensuring appropriate resources are made available at all times * Attend fault location and complete any make safe/survey actions when required. * Identify fault, cause of fault and works required to restore service and record details of damage identified. * Programme and planning of works outside of Network Maintenance to assist other departments * Oversee completion of works to specifications and to PIA standards, attending site where required * Using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, establish and manage an effective reporting structure to measure and track performance * Ensure data is captured accurately and financial information is provided to appropriate departments * Liaising with management and providing reports on Network Maintenance works and any issues * Liaising with the network owner, ensuring deadlines are met, within budget and works up to standard * Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved, including but not limited to SSRAs, Street works, audits, inspections, investigations etc. * Development of team resulting in streamlining processes as required on network * Attend all required meetings with both network owner and sub-contractors and third parties * Manage risk register in line with delivery programme and documentation of possible delays * Assess, review, and mitigate commercial & contractual risks * Monitor work production outputs closely with regular dialogue with the commercial dept. WHAT WILL YOU BRING? YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Network Maintenance Supervisor JOB LOCATION: Cumbria TERMS: Permanent, full time THE JOB We are looking for a Network Maintenance Supervisor (GB) to ensure the network maintenance of the fibre network in Cumbria. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, along with a proven track record of fault finding and splicing on a fibre network. YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * To take the lead and ensure the network maintenance team are meeting KPIs and targets and are acting in line with health and safety regulations and standards, including the upkeep and maintenance of the fibre infrastructure to current PIA standards * Attend fault location and complete any make safe/survey actions. * Identify fault, cause of fault and works required to restore service and record details of damage identified. * Assisting with planning crews and materials for all activities required to complete all tasks associated to restore service within the Service Level Agreement. * Identify requirements for street work permits and ensure compliance. * Supervising engineers on site and reporting any concerns into manager * Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved, including but not limited to SSRAs, Street works, audits, inspections, investigations etc. * Escalation of concerns relating to downtime on network, ensuring appropriate parties are aware and plan is in place to resolve * Population of all system requirements for fault repair including (but not limited to), Field Services, SRV Population, Outage documentation, ARC GIS evidence. * Assist with completion of Post Incident Review documentation for critical outages. * Development of team resulting in streamlining processes as required on network * Oversee completion of works are carried out in line with acceptable standards * Attend daily operational calls with the client when required to review progress, workstack, key incidents and escalations. * Attend weekly progress meetings when required and ensure Council permits are in place to keep works on schedule * Manage client expectations on date deliveries and volume delivery targets * Manage risk register in line with delivery programme and documentation of possible delays * Assess, review, and mitigate commercial & contractual risks * Monitor work production outputs closely with regular dialogue with the commercial dept. * Overall adherence to health and safety policies and procedures across the business WHAT WILL YOU BRING? YOUR MISSION JOB TITLE: Physical Infrastructure Access Administrator JOB LOCATION: Coalisland – in office THE JOB This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business as we continue to grow. Working within a busy team, you will work closely with others to ensure all the administration tasks related to our network build are completed in line with the Openreach PIA requirements. Full training will be provided. YOUR PROFILE WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will be responsible for the following areas and activities: * Completion of administration tasks within a timely and accurate manner * Reading cable maps and adding to Openreach Map (training will be provided) * Assist in the production of reports as required by management and wider functions * Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, and to standards for safety and compliance * Responding to queries and requests from across the business to support delivery * Quality checking TRR maps on Arc * Submitting daily whereabouts to the client, including extracting all whereabouts and populating onto excel * Submitting weekly whereabouts, including details of where future works will be and uploading information onto Openreach (OR) portal * Creation of Network Adjustments using both Arc and the OR portal to create A55 packs * NOI (notice of Intent) creation to advise OR of the future use of their structure, including extracting information from design maps * Identifying missing inventory from the OR portal and raising cases with OR to resolve * Gather data on D-poles, identifying which are able to be worked on and which need to be replaced by OR before completing works * Create SPO (self-provide order) evidence for submission to evidence work completed is to OR standard * Liaise with design to ensure that all design changes are recorded and uploaded to OR portal * Reporting of damages of network to Openreach WHY US?
