Enheten leds av enhetschef med stöd av två teamledare och är indelad i mottagningsgrupp, utredningsgrupp, barnsekreterargrupp samt familjehemssekreterargrupp. Vi har även en administratör som tillhör enheten och som är ett stöd för socialsekreterarna i det administrativa arbetet. Vi söker nu en medarbetare till vår utredningsgrupp. 1 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som socialsekreterare i vår utredningsgrupp kommer du tillsammans med dina 8 kollegor att handlägga ärenden enligt SoL och LVU gällande barn och unga 0-21 år. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att ta emot orosanmälningar, ansökningar och att göra skydds- och förhandsbedömningar. Arbetet innebär att du utreder barns behov enligt BBIC, bedömer och beslutar om insatser samt även följer upp beviljade insatser såsom öppenvård. Du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med övriga socialsekreterare inom enheten samt med vår öppenvård men även med externa samarbetspartners. Du leds av teamledare och enhetschef i det dagliga arbetet. Det finns på arbetsplatsen välfungerande och upparbetade rutiner och strukturer. Enheten arbetar löpande med att utveckla sitt eget arbetssätt och metoder som används inom ramen för arbetet. Samtliga socialsekreterare i gruppen har utbildats i de evidensbaserade riskbedömningsmetoderna Earl och Savry. Som socialsekreterare i utredningsgruppen kommer även du att få gå dessa utbildningar. The role On behalf of our client Boliden, we are looking for an experienced Responsible Value Chain Manager for a one-year assignment. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a fast-paced team specialising in landlord and tenant and debt recovery matters. Working closely with the Conducting Solicitor, you will play a hands-on role in managing cases from instruction through to enforcement, ensuring they progress efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, contribute to the team’s commercial success, and deliver a responsive, client-focused service. This role offers excellent exposure to a varied caseload, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise while working within a collaborative and performance-driven environment. Responsibilities 1. CASE MANAGEMENT * Support the Conducting Solicitor with a caseload of possession matters (both standard and defended) and debt recovery cases from initial instruction through to enforcement. * Proactively manage and progress files, ensuring adherence to court deadlines and client service level agreements. * Deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused legal support. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date file notes, along with precise time recording. 2. COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE * Work towards agreed monthly billing targets. * Ensure all time is recorded accurately and consistently to support billing processes. * Monitor work in progress and facilitate timely invoicing. * Ensure disbursements are billed correctly and highlight any outstanding invoices. 4. LEGISLATIVE & TECHNICAL AWARENESS * Keep up to date with developments in landlord and tenant law, including changes arising from the Renters’ Rights Act. * Undertake continuous professional development to enhance technical knowledge. * Escalate or report any relevant legislative or regulatory changes impacting active matters.
