We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We are looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing Systems who will lead and develop the systems our sales and marketing colleagues rely on every day, all over the world. This is a senior role, part of the global Information Systems management team, reporting to our CIO. Do you want to work for a company where the demands are high, the atmosphere is warm, and the opportunities are enormous? Who is your future team? Information Systems is Axis's largest cross-functional department, intensely woven into every part of the company. Managers at Axis are one of the team, with a strong focus on coaching colleagues and helping people get the best out of their own abilities. The level of knowledge here is high, and we are happy to share what we know. At the same time we are unpretentious, and we hope you will teach us something in return. Axis is a global company with a presence in 180 countries and our own staff in 52 of them. Your primary collaboration surfaces will be here in Lund, but the purpose of the role reaches much further - the systems you are responsible for support our sales and marketing colleagues in every region we operate in. We who will become your colleagues are glad and confident - we have already made a fantastic journey together, and with your help we will write the next chapter in it. Your teams cover a broad and connected landscape: the technical web team behind axis.com, our marketing automation systems, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, our support systems, our translation and localization agenda, and the many other systems that help our marketing organization work efficiently across languages, markets, and time zones. What you'll do here as Director of Sales and Marketing Systems You will manage the systems that make our global sales and marketing engine run - and, just as importantly, take part in helping us decide where that engine is headed next. These systems sit like levers in the company's business processes. Get them right and the whole of sales and marketing moves faster, smarter, and closer to the customer. That is the heart of your job: to make sure they keep doing exactly that, today and as the landscape keeps changing. Lead and develop the teams responsible for Axis' sales and marketing systems Drive the direction of systems including CRM, marketing automation, web, support systems, and localization Turn business needs into practical technical solutions and architectural initiatives Contribute to moving the department towards ownership of whole information flows - where systems talk to each other, share data freely, and keep our colleagues and customers at the center Collaborate closely with global sales and marketing organizations Support technology planning, prioritization, and investment decisions Take good care of your staff and make the most of limited resources Who are we looking for? We think you are forward-looking and proactive by nature, used to collaborating in a global and multicultural environment, and genuinely at home in the combination of activities that sit across sales and marketing. You understand the business - what sales and marketing are trying to achieve, and how they actually work day to day - and you are equally comfortable on the technical side, driving change and positioning an organization technically for what comes next. You adapt as conditions shift and keep leading with both compassion and result orientation. It matters that you communicate well and have a real ability to understand and solve problems from many different perspectives. The technological landscape moves fast, and standing still is not an option. We are looking for someone who knows the tricks of the trade but who is also good at reading where things are heading - staying a step ahead rather than catching up. We'd love to hear that you have: Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a technology or systems environment A strong understanding of the sales and marketing systems landscape (such as CRM, marketing automation, web platforms, and localization) The ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions - comfortable with both strategic discussions and technical depth Experience collaborating across functions and regions in a global organization A coaching leadership style with a genuine commitment to developing people Bonus points if you also bring: Experience driving technology roadmaps and managing system portfolios across multiple business functions Experience leading change in an organization moving towards integrated information flows Ready to Act? Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce. We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success. We welcome all applications. Vacation is important! At Axis we value work-life balance and that means that during summer many of us are on a well-deserved vacation. During this period of time, you can expect some delay in our response, but we will get back to you as soon as possible! Want to know more about the role, your future colleagues, or Axis as a company?
