What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead for our Green Iron Maintenance team. In this role you will report to our Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Lead oversees maintenance activities within the assigned area, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. The role leads maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and works closely with operations to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support the implementation of Green Iron's maintenance standards and ways of working while driving continuous improvement.
