På Scania Industrial Maintenance möter vi ständigt nya utmaningar som utvecklar oss som individer och organisation. Vi arbetar i team med kunniga kollegor i nära samverkan med produktionsenheterna. Just nu pågår en spännande förändringsresa där hela Scanias produktionsapparat ställs om mot framtidens transportlösningar. Vi är mitt uppe i flera stora investeringar, bland annat elektrifiering av motor och växellåda. Detta innebär många spännande utvecklingsmöjligheter för alla våra medarbetare.
I denna roll blir du en del av ett team underhållsingenjörer för maskinanskaffningar som ingår i avdelningen för teknik och projekt. Vårt arbete präglas av stort tekniskt kunnande, mycket driv och tempo. Vidare läggs stort värde vid säkerhet, samarbete och ständiga förbättringar. Vi jobbar nära och tillsammans med de produktionstekniska grupperna och deras projektledare. Tillsammans bygger vi upp Scanias framtida produktion. I din roll kommer du att vara verksam inom de områden som tillverkar delar till transmission och bearbetning av motorkomponenter, och du rapporterar till en gruppchef för teknik och projekt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Du får en viktig roll där ditt ansvar är att säkerställa att de utrustningar som upphandlas uppfyller kraven enligt Scanias tekniska föreskrifter för produktion och underhåll. Du arbetar i projektform tillsammans med de produktionstekniska avdelningarna med de lokala underhållsingenjörerna som dina kunder. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att specificera krav gällande driftsäkerhet och underhållsmässighet i upphandlingar. Genom Scanias maskininvesteringsprocess säkerställer du att våra krav omsätts i verkligheten. Vidare utför du referensbesök för utvärdering av koncept både i Sverige och utomlands.
Tillsammans med den lokala underhållsavdelningen skapar du första underhållsplanen, granskar och upprättar reservdelsstrukturer samt säkerställer systematisk och planerad överlämning av ny produktionsutrustning till den lokala produktions- och underhållsorganisationen.
Vi söker dig med högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning inom maskinteknik, el- och automation eller underhållsteknik, eller likvärdig utbildning. Tidigare erfarenhet som produktionstekniker eller underhållsingenjör är meriterande. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av bearbetningsmaskiner såsom svarvar, fräsar och slipmaskiner, och ha flerårig erfarenhet inom detta område.
Vi värdesätter också om du har kunskap om ritningsläsning, pneumatik, hydraulik och mekanik. Förmågan att arbeta självständigt och i team är också viktig.
Du har en mycket god allmän kunskap i Microsoft Office 365 och behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Då du har samarbeten med många olika intressenter behöver du ha lätt för att växla perspektiv och vara adaptiv för såväl omgivning som situation.
