Avdelning 60 vid Falu lasarett är en allmänpsykiatrisk slutenvårdsenhet med 14 vårdplatser. Avdelningen erbjuder behandling med elektrokonvulsiv terapi (ECT) samt repetitiv transkraniell magnetstimulering (rTMS), och tillämpar även brukarstyrd inläggning. Här vårdas patienter med varierande psykiatriska diagnoser, enligt olika vårdformer och med individuellt anpassade vårdtider. Tack vare vårt nära samarbete med den somatiska vården tar vi emot patienter med komplex samsjuklighet - där psykiatriska tillstånd ofta kombineras med somatiska vårdbehov. Det gör vår arbetsmiljö både varierad, lärorik och meningsfull. Vi arbetar i tvärprofessionella team med sjuksköterskor, skötare och läkare, i nära samarbete med psykolog, kurator, arbetsterapeut och andra aktörer inom vård och socialtjänst. Detta samarbete är avgörande för att ge våra patienter det stöd de behöver. Arbetsuppgifter På avdelning 60 arbetar vi i vårdlag, uppdelade i vårdlag 1 och 2. Som sjuksköterska har du en central och ledande roll i vårdlaget. Du ansvarar för att tillsammans med undersköterskor och skötare driva och utveckla omvårdnaden för patienterna. I teamet ingår även en avdelningsläkare som du samverkar med under rond och i det dagliga arbetet. Verksamhetsområde kirurgi är en av de största verksamheterna vid Centralsjukhuset i Kristianstad och består av mottagningsverksamhet med kärl-, nedre och övre gastrointestinal- samt bröst-/plastikpatienter. Vi har även onkologisk behandlingsenhet, Kirurgiavdelning Akut, Kirurgiavdelning, Urologi- och kärlavdelning, Gynekologi Kirurgi Öron-Näs-Hals samt Ortopediavdelning Akut. Vi är en akut kirurgisk vårdavdelning med omväxlande och händelserika dagar, där variation är en naturlig del av arbetet. Hos oss vårdas patienter med trauma och akuta kirurgiska tillstånd såsom buksmärtor av oklar genes, ileus, appendicit, gall- och pankreassjukdomar, blödningar och infektioner. Avdelningen erbjuder möjlighet till kontinuerlig övervakning, vilket skapar goda förutsättningar för ett tryggt och professionellt omhändertagande av våra mer vårdkrävande patienter. För att ge sjuksköterskorna bästa möjliga förutsättningar finns stödjande funktioner såsom avdelningsfarmaceut, som ansvarar för läkemedelshantering och påfyllnad, samt samordnare dagtid på vardagar som koordinerar inkommande samtal och bokar transporter. Vi har även SVU-koordinator dagtid som bidrar till trygga och patientsäkra utskrivningar i samverkan med kommunen. Vi strävar efter en god arbetsmiljö och ett välfungerande teamarbete där rätt kompetens används på rätt sätt. Ett nära samarbete med andra enheter säkerställer att vården alltid anpassas efter patientens behov. 5 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Hos oss på kirurgiavdelning akut får du ett spännande, omväxlande och utvecklande arbete med ett tryggt och stöttande team bakom dig. På avdelningen arbetar du med akut omvårdnad, vilket innebär bedömning, övervakning och omhändertagande av patienter med akuta kirurgiska tillstånd. Arbetet innefattar utöver sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter bland annat tidig identifiering av försämring, smärtlindring på olika nivåer, vätskebehandling, hantering av olika in och utfarter samt omvårdnadsåtgärder utifrån patientens aktuella behov men också med preoperativa förberedelser, postoperativ vård och mycket annat spännande. Vi har väl utarbetade rutiner och stävar alltid efter att ge patienterna den bästa möjliga vården. - Det bästa med vår avdelning är variationen som erbjuds men även de akuta situationerna. Avdelningen rustar en väl för att klara dessa situationer och man kan alltid får stöttning av en kollega. Något som jag också uppskattar är vår struktur som gör det tydligt i vad som förväntas av en, säger sjuksköterskan Arta. Utöver patientarbetet är alla medarbetare delaktiga i arbetet med utveckling och förbättring av både vården och arbetsmiljön på vår enhet. KVALIFIKATIONER Du som söker är legitimerad sjuksköterska med behörighet att verka inom svensk sjukvård samt har språkkunskaper i svenska motsvarande lägst nivå C1 enligt Europarådets nivåskala. Nu söker vi skötare till Barn- och ungdomspsykiatrins vårdavdelning 5. Gruppen som arbetar här kännetecknas av stort engagemang, mycket kunskap och erfarenhet. Avdelning 5 är en barn- och ungdomspsykiatrisk vårdavdelning med 6 platser och hela Örebro län som upptagningsområde. Vi tar emot barn och ungdomar med allvarliga psykiatriska tillstånd för akuta inläggningar. Hos oss vårdas patienterna tillsammans med sin/a vårdnadshavare och målet med slutenvårdstiden är främst att stabilisera det akut dåliga måendet så att man sedan kan åka hem och ha sin fortsatta vård i öppenvård. På avdelning 5 arbetar vi i ett sammansvetsat multiprofessionellt team som förutom skötare består av sjuksköterskor, kurator, skötare, läkare, lärare och enhetschef. Vi arbetar aktivt med utvecklingsarbete för att på ett säkert och professionellt sätt ta oss an vårt uppdrag. Arbetsuppgifter Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar psykiatrisk omvårdnad, bland annat i form av relationsskapande, stödjande samtal och motivationsarbete, samt samverkan med vår öppenvård och andra vårdgrannar. Kvalifikationer Vi välkomnar dig som är utbildad skötare/undersköterska, gärna med inriktning psykiatri enligt tidigare programstruktur, eller är utbildad undersköterska inom den nuvarande programstrukturen. Du kan även gått skötarutbildning som YH-utbildning. I verksamheten finns öppenvårdsmottagningar, förstärkt öppenvård samt en vårdavdelning med akutverksamhet. Ett kontaktcenter för barn och unga med psykisk ohälsa hör också till verksamheten med uppdrag att ge rådgivning, göra bedömningar och triagera/sortera till rätt vårdnivå. Vi arbetar med behandling både individuellt och i grupp samt med såväl planerade som akuta besök samt telefonrådgivning. The role… At Soho House a Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the Club or F&B Operation(s)/Restaurant(s). The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. A successful Host, you may be responsible for training other reception team members on process and service standards set at Soho House. Main Duties * Ensure every member and guest is welcomed by name (if local/applicable) and new guests are welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner * Answer high-volume phone lines and confidently answer standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries in full and with complete detail * Create reservations for club/restaurants and assist F&B Managers on the floor with service standards and service execution * Punctuating all calls and interactions with friendliness, accuracy, and discretion * Work with the reception team to ensure excellent service for members and open dialogue is had to manage expectations properly * Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management to assess * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Required Skills/Qualifications * Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. * Must have OpenTable and MICROS experience * Must have experience answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally, timely and to the best of your abilities. * Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter * Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment * Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions * Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holiday’s (as needed) Physical Requirements * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. * Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8-10 hours. * Fast paced movements occasionally required to go from one part of the club to others. * Must be able to understand and communicate clearly with guests, members, and coworkers. * Must be able to reach and handle the computer, keyboard, and desktop items. * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. This is a long-term opportunity within a stable public healthcare provider offering modern equipment, a structured introduction programme, and a clear pathway toward Swedish professional authorization. The department The department consists of approximately 30 employees, including 15 radiographers, radiologists, assistant nurses and medical physicists. The unit operates in recently renovated facilities with newly upgraded CT, conventional X-ray, ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment. An MRI replacement is planned. Both acute and elective imaging are performed. The department collaborates closely with primary care, inpatient services, the emergency department, private healthcare providers, and other radiology units within the county. This ensures a varied and clinically broad workload. Several radiographers have previously been internationally recruited and are now well established locally with their families, contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment. The hospital serves approximately 27,000 inhabitants locally and around 39,000 in the wider catchment area. The area offers a safe, family-friendly environment with access to schools, childcare, and extensive natural surroundings. The role The position includes standard duties as a licensed radiographer, primarily within: Conventional radiography CT MRI (may become part of responsibilities over time) You will work with both emergency and planned examinations. A structured introduction programme lasting 6–12 months is provided, depending on previous experience, to ensure competence in equipment, routines, and Swedish clinical standards. Collaboration with a nearby radiology unit (approximately 40 minutes by car) may occur. Travel takes place during working hours. Evening standby duty is included. Approximately once per week. You are required to be on site within 30 minutes when on standby duty. Therefore, it is necessary that you either hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a car, or live within close distance of the hospital. Requirements Qualification in Radiography from an EU country The profession must be regulated in the country of qualification Currently working in an active clinical role as a radiographer Full legal right to practise independently as a radiographer Ability to work with CT and conventional radiography in acute and elective settings Good communication skills in English Willingness to learn Swedish – full support provided Qualification must be eligible for recognition by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare – we guide you through this application. Valid professional registration/license in the country of qualification Driving license/ B Language and relocation Swedish language training starts in your home country through individual online lessons with a private teacher. You study several hours per week alongside your current work. Relocation to Sweden takes place once you have reached Swedish level B2. After moving to Sweden, you begin working at 50% in a radiography assistant role while continuing your Swedish studies from B2 to C1.
