Som Polestar Sales specialist kommer du att stå i centrum för kundernas premiumupplevelse när du introducerar Polestar-bilar och tjänster samt inspirerar dem att upptäcka allt som märket och Liljas har att erbjuda. Du kommer vara experten som med engagemang och kunskap möter både den pålästa Polestar-entusiasten och den nyfikne nykomlingen.
I din roll kommer du att möta kunder hos Polestar Växjö (Space), genomföra provkörningar och följa med längs hela kundresan - från första kontakt till leverans och uppföljning. Du kommer även att delta i evenemang tillsammans med andra i teamet, där du representerar Polestar Växjö och skapar en minnesvärd upplevelse för besökare. Polestar har skapat några av de mest innovativa bilarna på marknaden och ditt mål är att leverera en lika innovativ, inspirerande och kompromisslös kundupplevelse.
Dina kvalifikationer
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har genuint intresse av ny teknik. Erfarenhet inom bilbranschen är inte ett krav men vi ser att du har tidigare erfarenhet av liknande roll eller erfarenhet av försäljning av kapitalvaror. Du är trygg i att hantera kunder och kan uttrycka dig mycket väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. B-körkort är ett krav.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med placering i Växjö, provanställning kan tillämpas. Arbetstiden är huvudsakligen dagtid men kvällsarbete kan förekomma i samband med evenemang. Du kommer att arbeta varannan helg under våra öppettider. Fast lön tillämpas.

We're currently looking for a Junior Operations Specialist with a focus on Order Processing to join our Operations team. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. This position is located at Polestar Belgium in Brussels and is limited to two years. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. Let us describe the challenge we offer In this role, you'll be expected to support the Planning, Ordering and Distribution Manager Belgium. Your key responsibility will be to process incoming orders from new and existing fleet or B2B customers. You will be in close contact with the Sales Team in order to ensure orders are processed efficiently and effectively. You will also be in close contact with the leasing companies and our headquarters in Sweden to ensure timely and correct order processing. A second part of the job is to monitor, analyze, optimize and automate existing (order) processes within the Operations Team, to make our organization future proof. What you'll do * Process incoming fleet orders daily (review, validation, and approval), sharing responsibility with the Sales Department for order processing speed and First Time Right (FTR) percentage. * Establish, monitor and analyze relevant internal reports * Organize and stimulate internal cross-departmental alignment for order processing * Assess and improve current ordering processes for fleet and business orders * Support the continuous training of internal and external stakeholders with regards to changes in the fleet ordering process * Optimize current business processes with the ambition to strive for Operational Excellence, focusing on improving the quality and processing speed of incoming orders by providing support in finding the root cause of errors, and by providing support in the implementation of processes that mitigate and address these errors * Prepare and maintain order processing dashboards, providing regular feedback to internal stakeholders when needed * Support the Business Development Manager in implementing Sales Enablement processes affecting fleet order processing * Prepare and update the order processing manual Who you are In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. The Opportunity We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Experience Team in order to help deliver seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. The Responsibilities In this role you will represent Polestar by delivering outstanding customer support and guiding customers through inquiries, product details, and online processes. You’ll manage communications across phone, email, and chat, resolve issues promptly, log interactions in CRM systems, and handle complaints professionally. Staying updated on products and meeting performance targets are key to ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall cash flow health and liquidity position of both the Polestar Group and its individual legal entities. You will serve as the process owner for Group cash flow forecasting and reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and actionable insights to support business decision-making. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support liquidity management, cash flow analysis, and financial risk mitigation. This is a role for someone who values structure and accuracy, enjoys working with complex financial flows, and is motivated by improving financial performance through strong cash and liquidity management practices. This position is located at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. What You'll Do The Liquidity Manager owns the end-to-end cash flow forecasting process, including governance, templates, reporting frameworks, and forecast quality. The position drives cash visibility, improves working capital efficiency, minimizes tied-up capital, and leads cross-functional actions to resolve liquidity challenges. Acting as the key partner and escalation point for Polestar Sales Units (PSUs), the Liquidity Manager ensures robust cash flow management practices and supports informed decision-making across the organization. Liquidity & Cash Flow Management * Own and manage the liquidity position of the Polestar Group and all legal entities within the Group. * Ensure sufficient liquidity is available to support operational, strategic, and funding requirements. * Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash positions and proactively identify liquidity risks and opportunities. * Drive actions to improve overall cash flow health and resilience across the organization. * Develop and maintain liquidity management frameworks, including funding, cash concentration, and cash optimization strategies. * Define control procedures to secure there is no liquidity issues for the Polestar Group and all legal entities within the Group. * Lead the resolution of complex cash flow issues that require coordination among headquarters functions, business functions, and Polestar Sales Units. * Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify root causes, remove barriers, and drive accountability. * Ensure timely execution of agreed actions and achievement of targeted outcomes. Cash Flow Forecasting * Own the end-to-end direct cash flow forecasting process across the Group. * Be accountable for the quality, accuracy, consolidation, and timely delivery of Group direct cash flow forecasts. * Define, maintain, and continuously improve forecasting methodologies, templates, timelines, and governance frameworks. * Drive forecast accuracy through standardized processes, variance analysis, and challenge of underlying assumptions. * Partner with FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Regional CFOs, the Shared Service Center, and other business functions to ensure reliable and actionable forecasts. * Act as the escalation point for Polestar Sales Units (PSUs) on cash flow forecasting-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and alignment. Reporting & Cash Visibility * Own Group cash flow reporting and provide management with transparent and timely visibility of cash positions, forecast performance, and liquidity risks. * Implement and continuously enhance reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility of cash and liquidity status across the Group. * Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support decision-making at both operational and executive levels. * Provide insightful analysis on liquidity trends, forecast deviations, working capital developments, and funding requirements. * Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality, automation, and process efficiency. Capital Efficiency * Drive initiatives to minimize tied-up capital and optimize working capital performance across the Group. * Identify structural performance gaps, develop business cases, define action plans, and coordinate cross-functional execution to achieve targeted KPI improvements. * Track, report, and validate the financial impact of improvement initiatives, ensuring sustainable benefits are embedded into business operations where applicable. * Monitor and report progress against cash flow and liquidity targets. Strategic KPI Improvement Initiatives * Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, liquidity, forecast accuracy, and working capital performance. * Lead and deliver one-time initiatives to drive measurable improvements in key cash flow, and liquidity KPIs. * Analyze performance gaps, define action plans, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. * Track, validate, and communicate the impact of initiatives against agreed targets and KPIs. * Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement through best practices in cash management and forecasting. * Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement by identifying and delivering targeted actions to address underperforming areas. In addition, we believe you have these qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, FP&A, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry. * Proven experience managing liquidity and cash flow forecasting in a multinational environment with multiple legal entities. * Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization. * Experience implementing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance management processes. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Experience working with ERP and Treasury Management Systems. * Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills. * Good knowledge of cash pooling structures, in-house banking, FX risk management, and cash management processes is highly desirable. * Familiarity with banking platforms is advantageous.
