We're currently looking for a Junior Operations Specialist with a focus on Order Processing to join our Operations team. Someone
with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
This position is located at Polestar Belgium in Brussels and is limited to two years. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes
to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is
that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
In this role, you'll be expected to support the Planning, Ordering and Distribution Manager Belgium. Your key responsibility will
be to process incoming orders from new and existing fleet or B2B customers. You will be in close contact with the Sales Team in
order to ensure orders are processed efficiently and effectively. You will also be in close contact with the leasing companies and
our headquarters in Sweden to ensure timely and correct order processing. A second part of the job is to monitor, analyze,
optimize and automate existing (order) processes within the Operations Team, to make our organization future proof.

JOB OVERVIEW ENPULSION is looking for an ERP Specialist (f/m/x) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our ERP system, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions. Working closely with business users, IT, and external partners, you will drive process improvements, coordinate ERP initiatives, manage testing and training activities, and support successful user adoption. As the internal ERP expert, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s continued growth and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from detailed planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. * Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and design optimized future-state processes within the new ERP system. * Translate approved business requirements into detailed ERP system configurations. Work with external technical teams or consultants on necessary customizations, ensuring they align with functional specifications and best practices. * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Document test results, manage defect resolution, and ensure the system meets all functional and performance requirements. * Develop detailed training materials and user guides and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for departmental Super Users and provide direct end-user training as needed. * Actively support change management activities, helping to foster user adoption and address resistance to new processes and technologies. * Serve as a representative/contact between business users, the ERP Project Manager, external consultants, and the IT department.
