We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Experience Team in order to help deliver
seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an
interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
This position is located at Polestar Sales Unit office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The Responsibilities
In this role you will represent Polestar by delivering outstanding customer support and guiding customers through inquiries,
product details, and online processes. You’ll manage communications across phone, email, and chat, resolve issues promptly, log
interactions in CRM systems, and handle complaints professionally. Staying updated on products and meeting performance targets are
key to ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The opportunity We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Experience team and play a key role in putting our customers first, and ensuring our Customer Engagement Centre are offering finest levels of customer service. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. Working directly with the Contact Centre Team Leaders, our Contact Centre Manager and our Customer Engagement Centre team this role will be key in delivering a hassle-free experience for all our customers. This position is located at our Bicester office and will require a minimum of three days in our office. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course. The responsibilities In this role, you'll be expected to champion all areas of customer engagement, putting the customer first in everything you do. Working as a member of the Customer Engagement department, you'll be instrumental in our ambition to be the best in class for customer service and offer all Polestar customers the finest experience. AS A SNOWFLAKE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT YOU WILL : * Customer Engagement & Advisory * Directly engage with customers individually or as part of a technical delivery team as a trusted advisor for thought leadership and solution approaches * Extract business requirements from customers and translate them into a well-architected recommendation * Develop and provide forward-looking guidance and future-state roadmaps * Leverage known best practices and solutions to reduce risk to customer implementations * Collaborate with Snowflake “Go to Market” teams and product teams to ensure customer alignment to Snowflake goals * Technical Leadership & Architecture * Oversee and advise on the implementation of the customer’s Snowflake platform * Demonstrate technical leadership through personally developed code, solution architectures, and implementation recommendations * AI/ML Solutions & ML Ops * Design, prototype, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on the Snowflake platform, ensuring scalability and performance * Provide customers with standard practices and advice related to AI/ML workloads in Snowflake * Define and advise on MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) standard practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance within the customer’s Snowflake environment * Product Adoption * Drive the adoption of Snowflake’s AI product suite (e.g., Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowflake Intelligence) within customer solutions * Experience replatforming AI/ML workloads to Snowflake in line with business and operational requirements * Coach and guide customers on how to best leverage Snowflake’s AI product suite to unlock new business value THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT WILL HAVE : * BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience * 3 years of technical consulting experience * Experience in a lead role for analytics projects for large enterprises * Experience implementing and operating Snowflake centric solutions * Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics tools * Deep understanding of the complete AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring * Familiarity with AI/ML and Transformation technologies * Hands-on experience with modern MLOps tools and frameworks for deploying, managing, and governing machine learning models at scale * Proven experience with developing generative AI and LLM use cases * Familiarity with industry common BI and ETL solutions * Hands-on experience in a technical role leveraging SQL and Python (optionally Java or Spark) to build, operate and maintain data analytics solutions * Extensive knowledge of and experience with large-scale database technology (e.g. Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum, etc.) * Proficiency in implementing data security measures, access controls, and design specifically within the Snowflake platform * Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques AS A BONUS, A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL ADDITIONALLY HAVE : * Hands-on experience or significant familiarity with building and managing AI/ML workloads * Minimum 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer * Experience in the services organization of a product company * Experience in a leadership position executing technical projects * Application Development experience * AWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s) * Snowflake Snowpro Advanced Certification(s) Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
