BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! Please note: Due to the summer holiday period, our recruitment process may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will get back to all candidates as soon as possible. ABOUT THE ROLE Tandem is scaling fast – and so is the volume and complexity of what we bring to market. We're building our PMM function to match that ambition, and this role is a core part of that build. You'll own the commercial narrative layer of our go-to-market: how we position ourselves in the market, how we enable sales to win, and how we turn clinical evidence and product data into stories that resonate with healthcare buyers and decision-makers. This is not a launch execution role – it is the role that makes sure the market understands what Tandem is, why it matters, and why it wins." If you're someone who thinks in outcomes, communicates with conviction, and knows how to make complex things feel simple – this role is for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Define and maintain Tandem's differentiated positioning across segments, verticals, and geographies – from first principles, not a competitor's playbook * Build and own the sales enablement library that lets sales tell the story independently – pitch decks, demo narratives, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive battlecards that are actually used * Develop a deep, evolving view of the healthcare AI landscape – incumbents, point solutions, and the clinical status quo – and turn it into sharp competitive positioning * Be the voice of the market internally – bring buyer perspective, competitor moves, and field objections to product and leadership * Partner with Growth and Design to drive conversion across web, campaigns, and lifecycle touchpoints * Own product storytelling across key growth surfaces, continuously optimising for clarity, differentiation, and conversion on product-related pages * Synthesize customer conversations, win/loss analysis, usage data, and competitive intel into positioning and product decisions * Track content and enablement contribution to pipeline – not output volume, but actual deal influence WHAT YOU BRING * 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record in positioning, sales enablement, or competitive intelligence * A strong communicator who doesn't just execute – you sell ideas internally, bring stakeholders along, and make complex decisions land clearly across the business * Commercial instinct – you understand the business, not just the marketing, and know how to make trade-offs that actually move the needle * Stakeholder management skills – you're comfortable navigating product, sales, design, and leadership simultaneously and making progress without full authority * Fluent in English – you communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written English * Technically curious – you don't need to write code, but you ask the right questions to understand why we built X instead of Y, and what that means for how we go to market * Healthcare experience is not required – what matters is the ability to get up to speed fast and communicate with credibility in a complex, regulated space LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This role is based full time on-site at our HQ in the heart of Stockholm, where you'll collaborate, connect, and help build our culture. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started. Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together. Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection. We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change. Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.
