Job Description As an SEO Director within Earned Media, you will lead SEO strategy across enterprise-level clients, ensuring an understanding of broader organic search, content marketing, and digital PR programs. You will manage SEO roadmaps, mentor teams, and promote strategic innovation, ensuring our Earned Media capability continues to deliver industry-leading results. You will bring deep technical expertise and the ability to engage with clients at a senior level, ensuring they receive SEO solutions that improve measurable growth. You will also help shape internal processes, knowledge-sharing programs, and cross-channel collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: * Define and own SEO strategies across main client accounts, ensuring the best technical, content, and authority-building approaches. * Be the primary strategic consultant for clients, providing high-level SEO insights and driving measurable growth. * Collaborate with Content, Digital PR, and Paid Media teams to provide an integrated Earned Media strategy. * Own and evolve SEO measurement frameworks, using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and enterprise SEO platforms. * Implement new SEO innovations, such as AI-driven content optimization, automation, and data science applications. * Oversee the operational delivery of SEO programs, ensuring seamless execution across technical SEO, content marketing, and link-building initiatives. * Take ownership of client performance KPIs, ensuring that teams deliver against agreed goals while maintaining profitability. * Manage, mentor, and develop Senior SEO Managers and SEO Managers, ensuring professional growth and a strong talent pipeline within the Earned Media team. * Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team by implementing structured training programs, workshops, and peer-to-peer learning initiatives. * Stay ahead of SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies, integrating them into our strategic approach. * Champion AI-driven automation, data-driven insights, and cutting-edge SEO methodologies to enhance performance and efficiency. Skills * 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level SEO strategy, with experience delivering organic growth. * Knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, JavaScript frameworks, and web performance optimization. * Advanced expertise in SEO analytics, automation, and reporting, with proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and enterprise SEO platforms. * Strong understanding of digital PR, content marketing, and authority-building strategies, ensuring a holistic Earned Media approach. * Ability to translate complex SEO insights into executive-level recommendations and strategic roadmaps. * Ability to engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. * Organisational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple high-profile projects. * Ability to present complex ideas persuasively, whether in client meetings, internal strategy sessions, or industry events. At Jellyfish, the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search. Job Description Reporting to VP,Learning ,as a Senior Learning Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading, operating, and continuously improving a training and readiness programme supporting over 1,000 resources globally for our Technology client. The programme is evolving and scaling at speed, requiring strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization. The Learning Programme Manager partners closely with a Learning Director based in South Africa but owns day-to-day programme operations independently. Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Owning end-to-end operational delivery of the training and readiness programme across multiple, interdependent workstreams, setting priorities and ensuring delivery against them * Leading onboarding and readiness experiences for programme participants, keeping them consistent, high quality, and scalable as the programme grows and changes * Leading and facilitating cross-functional meetings, including global forums and steering-style discussions, and making sure they end in clear decisions and follow-through * Presenting regular programme updates, insights, and risks to senior stakeholders and the Learning Director, translating day-to-day detail into a clear narrative * Running training refresh cycles, managing the knock-on effects when processes, tools, or requirements change * Owning quarterly content governance cycles, keeping materials accurate, compliant, and aligned to evolving business needs * Managing intake, prioritisation, tracking, and delivery of training and readiness requests, and balancing competing priorities at scale * Maintaining and improving operational trackers, governance logs, and programme documentation as the programme evolves * Monitoring programme health metrics and turning them into insight, spotting trends in training completion, readiness, and risk areas * Spotting programme risks early, assessing them, and escalating with clear context and a recommendation rather than just a flag * Acting as the point of escalation for operational issues, driving them to resolution across teams and vendors * Managing day-to-day relationships with vendor partners and holding them to quality and delivery standards * Partnering with the Learning Director on continuous improvement work, including AI, automation, and process optimisation pilots. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience within training operations, enablement, program operations, or operational excellence, ideally in a global or enterprise environment * Proven ability to own a program end to end, including making and defending prioritization calls * Comfort operating in a fast-changing, still-developing program rather than a fully settled one * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions without formal authority * Demonstrated experience identifying, managing, and mitigating operational and program-level risks * Demonstrated experience in operationalising processes using AI at a Claude, Copilot or GPT interface rather than bought specialist tools * Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, parallel workstreams with minimal oversight * Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into clear insights and narratives * Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills in English, including with senior stakeholders * Comfort operating in a global, matrixed environment across time zones and cultures * A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable operating independently and navigating ambiguity Nice-to-haves * Experience with learning systems, training platforms, readiness models, or governance frameworks * Experience with AI-enabled operations, automation, or process optimization pilots * Background in large client environments * Experience with vendor management * Familiarity with vendor skilling, readiness, or enablement programmes at scale.
