Job Description
Reporting to VP,Learning ,as a Senior Learning Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading, operating, and continuously
improving a training and readiness programme supporting over 1,000 resources globally for our Technology client. The programme is
evolving and scaling at speed, requiring strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a
highly matrixed organization. The Learning Programme Manager partners closely with a Learning Director based in South Africa but
owns day-to-day programme operations independently.
