Every company wants to become more customer-centric. At TheyDo, we make that ambition real. Our AI-powered journey management
platform helps the world’s largest enterprises align around what matters most: their customers. By bringing scattered data and
teams together, we empower smarter decisions and better experiences. Since 2019, global leaders across industries — including
Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot, and Lufthansa — have trusted us to scale journey management and deliver
measurable impact.
Backed by $50M from top-tier investors, including Blossom and 20VC, we are building a category-defining company. Our fully remote
team of 100+ TheyDoers represents 30+ nationalities across 27 countries, united by a customer-led, people-first culture.
Our mission is clear: Make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world.
If you’re looking for a place where your work shapes the future of how companies operate, join us. Let’s build it together.
We're looking for someone to join our Marketing team as Head of Marketing Operations, working closely with and reporting to our VP
of Marketing as a trusted right hand on the systems and data side of the business. This is a senior individual-contributor role:
you'll own the function and its outcomes directly, not manage a team.
As a seasoned marketing operations person, you already understand customer journeys and how to align goals, technology, and
outcomes. We're seeking someone excited to build on and grow TheyDo's enterprise marketing go-to-market motion. In this role,
you'll continue to push forward TheyDo's automation, alignment, and efficiency, and you'll bring previous experience building the
systems, routing, and tooling that enterprise demand gen teams run on, not running demand gen itself.
We are a remote-first company with marketing team members across North America, UK, and Europe. This role is based in Europe, and
we're seeking candidates located in the UK or continental Europe for effective collaboration with the team.
This is a role built around owning systems and outcomes, not executing a task list.
Systems you'll build. You'll own the technical infrastructure our marketing motion runs on, from lead prioritization through to
attribution.

Data & governance. You'll be the person who ensures our data can be trusted and our automation is accountable.

Cross-functional alignment. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing and the rest of the revenue org.

shows, not in defending any one team's work
We have high expectations for this role, but it's worth pointing out what we are not looking for. This role is strategic on the
systems, data, and process side, but it's not creative campaign management, content strategy, or hands-on web development.
you'll manage that relationship rather than doing the work yourself
We have a great team of FTEs and contractors. We're looking for someone to take ownership of the processes, data, and tech stack
behind them.

About Duvo Duvo helps large retailers and consumer-goods companies redesign and automate the operational processes that sit between systems and teams. Our agents execute the work end to end across ERPs, portals, inboxes, spreadsheets and phone calls, write the result back to the system of record, and provide evidence of what changed. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy chain. The buyer is usually a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT at a large retailer or FMCG brand. New deals land at €100k-€250k ARR. About the role We are looking for a Growth Generalist to create qualified enterprise demand through content, customer proof, events, partnerships, referrals and nurture. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, Tom and the commercial team to turn those channels into qualified enterprise conversations and pipeline. This is a hands-on role. You will develop ideas, launch programs, coordinate execution and measure whether the work creates real commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the owner of Duvo's outbound motion. Your focus is demand creation, not direct outbound execution or infrastructure. What you'll do * Build Duvo's content and customer-proof engine Own the pipeline of content that helps enterprise buyers understand and trust Duvo. This includes founder LinkedIn content, customer stories, operator insights, vertical-specific assets and commercial enablement materials. You do not need to produce every asset yourself, but you will own what gets created, why it matters, how it is distributed and how it supports pipeline. * Run focused growth experiments Test content formats, campaign concepts, referral loops, nurture journeys and distribution channels. Define the audience, develop the angle, launch quickly and measure whether each program creates meaningful engagement and qualified conversations. * Own the event and field-marketing motion Run industry conferences, executive dinners, founder-hosted roundtables and customer-led sessions. Decide which audiences and formats are worth pursuing, fill the room with relevant operators and build the follow-up journey that turns participation into pipeline. * Build partnerships, referrals and ambassador programs Identify customers, operators, advisors and ecosystem partners who can expand Duvo's reach. Create repeatable ways for them to introduce, endorse or collaborate with Duvo. * Build nurture and conversion journeys Create programs for buyers who are interested in Duvo but are not yet ready to speak with Sales. Use content, customer proof, event follow-up and relevant account context to move them towards a qualified commercial conversation. * Measure commercial impact Track content-to-conversation conversion, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, partner contribution, nurture performance and campaign conversion. The primary measure of success will be qualified pipeline sourced by these programs, with materially influenced pipeline tracked separately. Who you are * You have built demand for an enterprise B2B product or service sold through long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. * You can show programs you personally launched and explain the audience, distribution, conversion path and qualified pipeline they sourced. * You are an excellent writer who can turn complex products and customer evidence into clear founder content, customer stories, event invitations and nurture messaging. * You understand distribution and conversion, not just content production. You know how to get the right material in front of a defined account set and move engagement towards a sales conversation. * You measure commercial outcomes, distinguish sourced from influenced pipeline and stop programs that do not work. * You have operated in an early-stage B2B company without an established playbook, working directly with senior leaders and moving between strategy and hands-on execution. * Experience marketing to Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT leaders in retail, CPG or another complex enterprise environment is a strong advantage. What we offer * Competitive salary and equity. * Seed-stage company backed by Index Ventures ($15M seed). Our founder and CEO is Tom Cupr, who previously founded one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers. * The growth function is yours. You're not reporting into a Head of Growth, you're * building the function. * Remote across Europe, with quarterly offsites in Prague.
