ABOUT GROVER Founded in 2015, Grover enables consumers and businesses across Europe to subscribe to tech devices and comprehensive technology solutions - from individual smartphones, laptops, and wearables to full corporate device setups. The company offers access to over 1,000 unique tech items on flexible and financially convenient terms. A pioneer of the circular economy, Grover refurbishes and recirculates devices to help eliminate e-waste. To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager to join our talented Growth & Marketing team. This is a full-time position based at our Berlin HQ, with a hybrid setup of 3 office days per week. Reporting directly to our Director of Growth & Marketing, you will act as the analytical backbone of the Marketing & Growth function. Through a mix of cross-functional collaboration and direct ownership, you will use data to drive the strategy and performance of our marketing across all channels. Your scope is broad: from delivering our marketing data strategy and onboarding new tooling, to building out reporting, owning analysis, and launching your own performance-improving initiatives. This is a high-leverage role where your work directly shapes how we acquire customers and scale efficiently. 🎯 What you will own & build: * Marketing Data Strategy: Help deliver our marketing data strategy, including the onboarding of new marketing data tooling and the refresh of our MMM/MTA capabilities with an external partner. * Reporting & Monitoring: Build the framework and monitoring suite through which we review the performance of our product catalogue and sales channels, turning many disparate but correlated marketing channels into actionable intelligence. * Analysis & Insight: Own the analysis across the Growth & Marketing function, self-serving your own data and answering the questions that matter most to our commercial performance. * CAC & Spend Optimization: Build our understanding of marginal CAC and how to maximize spend across channels - scaling efficiently while improving performance. * Decision-Making & Initiatives: Go beyond analytics production - own decisions off the back of your analysis, and start and deliver your own initiatives that improve marketing ROI. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth & Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, and Product to make data the driver of commercial decisions. 🤝 What you bring: * SQL Mastery: Strong experience writing complex SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) - you pull your own data and self-serve your own answers in the data warehouse. * Marketing Analytics Depth: Deep experience with analytics within a Marketing or Commercial function, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or B2C environment. * Proven Impact: You have demonstrably improved key marketing outcome metrics elsewhere - increased conversion, decreased CAC, improved ROI. * Ownership Beyond Analysis: Experience owning decision-making off the back of analytics and executing against those decisions - not just producing dashboards. * Cross-Functional Fluency: A track record of working effectively across teams and translating data into action for commercial stakeholders. * Mindset: Curious, commercially minded, approachable, collaborative, and an effective builder. * Bonus Points: Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Looker, and an understanding of the mechanics of key performance marketing channels (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). 🚀 The Grover Way - How We Drive Success: * Own It: We take ownership seriously and define what success looks like. We drive shared ownership and don't wait - we drive. We keep one another accountable and take responsibility when issues arise. * Challenge, Decide, and Commit: We engage in proactive support, active listening, and healthy conflict to reach the best outcomes. We value diverse perspectives and, once a decision is made, we commit to it fully. * Empower and Grow: We enable, trust, and coach one another toward high performance, always thinking and acting like owners. We seek growth, apply feedback, and support the development of our peers. * Respect, Transparency, and Clarity: We strive for clear, respectful, and open communication with no surprises. We simplify complex information so everyone knows the "what, why, and how". ❤️🔥 What you will love about us: * BVG monthly discount to drive you everywhere in Berlin * Coaching with the Fürstenberg Institut * Physical health support with Urban Sports Club * Annual learning budget of 750€ * 15 remote business days to work abroad * Exclusive Grover Tech discount for you & your loved ones * Engaging, open office located in Berlin-Schöneberg with regular events, and is dog-friendly * A diverse global team of 75 nationalities (and counting!) - genuinely the nicest group of colleagues who will soon become friends Embark on a rewarding journey with the Grover Rocketship, where your impact is felt, and together, we cultivate a more circular world. 💚 We are looking forward to e-meeting you! 🚀
