Position Summary
The Marketing Manager IVF Genetic Testing leads strategic marketing initiatives across PGT A, PGT M, PGT SR, EMMA ALICE, ERA, and
emerging genomic technologies supporting reproductive medicine. This role is responsible for building market awareness, driving
demand, and enabling commercial success in a highly technical and clinically sensitive environment.
The ideal candidate combines knowledge of IVF workflows and genetic testing with strong capabilities in messaging, content
development, product launches, and customer insights. This role serves as a key bridge between commercial teams, clinical
scientists, and genetic counselors to ensure accurate and compelling communication with clinicians, embryologists, and patients.

Location: Remote Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager IVF Consumables is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation across a portfolio of IVF consumables. This includes media, culture, cryo, embryo handling, labware, and workflow support products used in assisted reproductive technology laboratories. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with deep clinical understanding of IVF workflows and strong collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Research and Development teams. The ideal candidate brings experience in reproductive medicine, laboratory environments, and marketing within medical devices or biotechnology. This role requires a strong understanding of IVF lab workflows, environmental control requirements, device engineering, regulatory considerations, and total cost of ownership. The ideal candidate will translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions that improve consistency, reliability, workflow efficiency, and clinical outcomes for clinics, embryologists, and patients. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning * Develop and execute marketing strategies for capital equipment platforms, including incubators, electronic witnessing systems, and automation solutions. * Conduct market analysis to assess segment size, growth trends, adoption curves, and competitive landscape. * Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into differentiated value propositions for key stakeholders. * Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned to revenue and market share objectives. Campaigns, Content and Messaging * Create marketing content including brochures, technical guides, white papers, case studies, and digital assets. * Develop product training materials, demo scripts, and competitive positioning tools. Manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO and SEM, and lead generation campaigns. Product Launch and Go to Market Execution * Lead product launch strategy and execution across multiple channels. * Align cross functional teams on timelines, messaging, training, and content development. * Track launch performance and optimize campaigns based on data and market feedback. Market and Portfolio Analytics * Monitor product performance, market share, pipeline growth, and competitive dynamics. * Track pricing trends, procurement cycles, and relevant reimbursement considerations. * Report on key performance indicators including lead generation, funnel progression, and campaign return on investment. Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in an IVF environment. * 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in medical device capital equipment, life sciences instrumentation, or laboratory systems. * Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
