Tjänsten och arbetsuppgifterna Vi söker en samordnare som vill utveckla, samordna och kvalitetssäkra kommunens aktivitetsansvar (KAA). Som samordnare har du en nyckelroll i kommunens arbete med att skapa förutsättningar för att fler unga mellan 16 och 20 år ska återgå till studier eller ta nästa steg mot arbete och egen försörjning. Genom ett strukturerat och långsiktigt arbetssätt bidrar du till att varje ungdom får rätt stöd utifrån sina behov och förutsättningar. Rollen kombinerar ett strategiskt utvecklingsansvar med ett operativt arbete nära målgruppen. Du ansvarar för att planera, samordna och utveckla kommunens KAA-verksamhet samtidigt som du, tillsammans med dina kollegor, deltar i det uppsökande arbetet och möter ungdomar i deras väg vidare mot studier eller arbete. Department for Molecular Sciences Subject area: Biology Description of the PhD projects We are seeking two PhD students in the field of biogas production, with a focus on the digestion process. The biogas process is currently an important tool for achieving multiple societal benefits and environmental goals. Through anaerobic digestion, a wide range of organic waste streams and residues can be treated while simultaneously closing nutrient cycles and producing renewable energy and nutrient-rich biofertilizers. Biogas production also contributes to increased preparedness and self-sufficiency. The biogas process is driven by complex microbial communities that must remain balanced to ensure efficient and stable biogas production. At the Department of Molecular Sciences, research is conducted both on process operation and optimization and on process microbiology, often in close integration. The PhD projects will focus on the following areas, with some opportunity for the successful candidates to influence the detailed project design. Biogas production from agricultural feedstocks – Process optimisation. Biogas production in the agricultural sector is currently expanding rapidly, creating a strong need for new knowledge and technological development. As a PhD student in this project, you will operate and evaluate different laboratory-scale biogas processes with the aim of optimising both biogas production and biofertiliser quality. The processes will be studied using chemical and microbiological analyses, and there will also be opportunities to work with process modelling. Process microbiology. This project focuses on the microbiology of different types of biogas processes and on how microbial activity is affected by different operational conditions, as well as how these changes relate to process function and stability. The work will involve molecular biological methods and bioinformatics to analyse microbial communities in both laboratory-scale and full-scale biogas processes. The aim is to identify microorganisms and microbial markers associated with specific operating conditions and to be used to predict process disturbances. Qualifications: A Master's degree in biology, microbiology, biotechnology, molecular biotechnology, bioinformatics, or a related field. Senior Process Engineer Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Help Industrialise the Future of Advanced Materials Smart High Tech AB is a Swedish deep-tech company pioneering graphene-enhanced thermal interface materials for AI infrastructure, semiconductors, data centres, power electronics and high-performance computing. As we continue our transition from product qualification and commercialisation into large-scale industrial manufacturing, we are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in developing, optimising and scaling our production processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled process engineer who wants to contribute to the industrialisation of next-generation graphene technology and help build a world-class manufacturing operation. The Role As Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimising and industrialising manufacturing processes to support stable, efficient and scalable production. Working closely with Production, R&D, Quality and Engineering teams in both Sweden and China, you will help ensure that manufacturing processes deliver the highest levels of quality, repeatability and operational performance. The role is based in Gothenburg and requires regular travel to China to support technology transfer, process development and manufacturing scale-up activities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for mass production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, quality, efficiency and throughput. Support the industrialisation of new products and manufacturing technologies. Develop, evaluate and implement process improvements based on operational data and production requirements. Optimise coating processes, carbonisation and graphitisation operations. Establish and maintain robust process parameters, standards and control methods. Support equipment qualification, commissioning and process validation activities. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to transfer new technologies into production. Work with production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support manufacturing scale-up initiatives and future capacity expansion projects. Participate in cross-functional projects involving production, quality and engineering teams in Europe and China. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years' experience in process engineering within industrial manufacturing environments. Strong experience working with manufacturing processes and production scale-up. Hands-on experience with coating lines, thermal processing equipment, carbonisation and graphitisation furnaces. Solid understanding of advanced materials manufacturing and process control. Experience developing and optimising production processes for high-volume manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in international manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Highly Desirable Experience Graphene manufacturing or advanced carbon materials. Battery manufacturing and energy storage technologies. Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Advanced materials and high-tech industrial production. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies. Language Requirements Fluent English, written and spoken. Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong advantage. Utöver dina systemrelaterade arbetsuppgifter kommer du även arbeta med: Lönekörning och kvalitetssäkring; säkerställa korrekta utbetalningar och tillhörande kontroller. Lönecontrolling; arbeta med ekonomiska gränssnitt. Rapportering; ansvara för AGI till Skatteverket samt bistå i avdelningens arbete avseende SCB-statistik och andra myndighetskrav. Vad du tar med dig Relevant akademisk eller yrkesinriktad utbildning inom lön eller motsvarande erfarenhet. Systemkompetens där erfarenhet av Visma HR-plus är mycket meriterande. Ett starkt intresse för digitalisering, automatisering, RPA och AI. Erfarenhet av att utveckla nya arbetssätt och gärna en bakgrund som systemspecialist/systemförvaltare inom lönesystem. Djup kunskap och gedigen erfarenhet av lönearbetets samtliga delar inklusive kollektivavtal och legal rapportering. Kunskap om GDPR, skatte- och förmånsregler samt arbetsrättsliga regelverk. Förståelse för helheten; du är van att navigera mellan lön, HR och ekonomi, med god koll på skatte- och förmånsregler. Kontrollteamet arbetar med kontroll på plats före och efter utbetalning inom EU-stöden gällande projekt- och investeringsstöd inom strategisk plan, marknadsstöd, skolprogram och havs-, fiskeri- och vattenbruksprogrammet. KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi, exempelvis företagsekonomi, redovisning eller motsvarande kompetens som vi bedömer likvärdig. Du har aktuell och relevant arbetslivserfarenhet exempelvis med redovisning, prognoser eller målstyrning, och är van att arbeta med siffror i Excel. Du kommunicerar väl i tal och skrift på svenska. Meriterande är att du har: ·       erfarenhet av kvalificerad dataanalys och att ta fram analysunderlag, ·       vana av att skriva tydliga rapporter, ·       bakgrund från offentlig sektor, ·       kunskap om finansiell styrning och regleringsbrev, ·       kännedom om EUstöd, samt ·       erfarenhet av att utveckla nya arbetssätt.
