A plus is if you’ve worked in related fields, e.g., health-related products/services or medical products Proficiency in research methods & tools: A deep understanding of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. You should have extensive experience in conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and know when to apply each method. You are comfortable managing research tools such as Maze, and Prolific or UserInterviews for participant recruitment. Experience leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics) to triangulate behavioral data with qualitative insights is highly valued.
