Are you hands-on when needed for test, lab and automation, but more importantly see the bigger picture and know how to get an entire team involved and united around quality? Do you want to do that in an environment where AI isn't just a talking point, but how you actually work? We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Device Management Test team in Lund. Who is your future team? You'll join the Device Management Test team within R&D QA, working in our Developer Experience team, a highly skilled, AI-first group at the forefront of how Axis builds with AI for the future. Day to day, you'll work in an agile, cross-functional team that owns its software end to end, from development and testing through delivery and monitoring. You'll also have the support of test engineers across surrounding teams to maintain consistent test strategies and a unified methodology. This is a team where AI is embedded in everything we do, from how we approach strategy, ways of working and automation to how we think about quality at scale. If you have a genuine curiosity for AI and want to explore how it can transform quality assurance, you'll feel right at home here. What you'll do here as QA Engineer Yes, you'll troubleshoot bugs, set up labs, and build automation together with your team. But the bigger part of this role is stepping back and making sure quality is everyone's responsibility, not just yours. You set up the structures and processes that make it easy for the whole team to contribute. And you'll explore how AI can make our testing smarter, not just faster. You love testing and making sure customers get a top-tier experience with our solutions, but you also see how all the pieces fit together and take initiative to make the team better as a whole. You communicate with clarity, whether you're pairing with a developer on a tricky bug or aligning with stakeholders on quality priorities. You have the drive to push things forward, the structure to keep things organized, and the collaborative spirit to bring everyone along. You bring the experience and confidence to influence technical decisions, guide less experienced colleagues, and take ownership without needing to be told. Crucially, you have a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how we approach testing, quality, and automation. You're curious, eager to learn, and excited about working in a team that puts AI first in everything it does. We'd love to hear that you have: A degree in engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), information systems, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in software testing A strong end-to-end mindset, the ability to understand how individual components integrate into a complete, working solution Solid technical understanding of test architecture and automation frameworks Broad knowledge of test types (i.e. unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing) Professional proficiency in Swedish and English Bonus points for: Experience coordinating or leading test efforts across multiple teams Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applied to testing or quality assurance Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, SDKs, or web services Professional experience in testing applications, web services, or APIs Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how test automation integrates into them Comfort with a DevOps mindset and shared responsibility for production systems Knowledge in programming - from your education, professional experience, or personal projects Ready to Act? We're building the data stack for Physical AI. The Rerun SDK viewer is loved by some of the best robotics and spatial AI teams in the world, and Rerun Hub is live in private preview managing petabytes of data. Demand is strong and we need a sharp, high agency operator to own the high leverage work that turns demand into a business. This is a generalist role at its core and you'll spend most of your time on go-to-market and business operations, but the real job is spotting what's broken or missing and fixing it before anyone asks. This is a true build and ship role. If you like owning messy, ambiguous problems end to end and seeing your work in the numbers, you'll do well here. We have a strong preference for this person to be based in Stockholm. It's where our founders are based, so you'd get lots of in-person time with them. What you'll work on * Getting things done: Collaborate with the founders to set priorities and then go make them happen. The scope of this role will keep changing as the company grows. * Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events. * Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs. * Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress. * Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on. Who you are * Required: 3-5 years across fast-paced, high-impact environments such as an early-stage startup in a GTM, Sales ops, growth, or BizOps role. Bonus points: a technical or engineering degree, sharpened in consulting, then put to work building in startup life. It's not required, but it's the shape of person who tends to thrive here. * A bias for action. You'd rather ship something and iterate alongside, than wait for the perfect plan. * Comfortable in ambiguity. You take a vague problem, scope it, and own it to completion without being managed. * A natural at stakeholder management and communication; you can write a crisp investor update and chase a sales contract in the same afternoon. * Technically fluent enough to be credible with a deeply technical team and our physical AI customers. An engineering or technical background is a strong plus. How we work at Rerun * We're a remote company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. * We meet up in person for a week roughly once a quarter * The team you'll join has members in European and US-east timezones * Everyone is available for synchronous work between 1:30–5:00pm CET. Given our current team distribution, candidates outside of Europe or the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure there’s enough overlap for effective collaboration. * We've put together an uncommonly talented tech team, value agency and helpfulness highly, and expect everyone to take broad responsibility for what they build * We offer competitive cash and equity compensation, six weeks paid vacation, and whatever hardware and software you need to do your job
