We're currently looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Lead to join our PR Core Team. In this role, you will be responsible
for protecting and shaping Polestar's corporate reputation, leading engagement with business and corporate media, and driving
external communication strategies that support our business objectives.
As part of the Global Marketing & Communication function, you will lead communications related to financial performance,
sustainability, business strategy, and crisis management, ensuring a consistent and compelling corporate narrative across markets.
You will also partner closely with Product, Design, Sustainability, Investor Relations, Legal, and regional PR teams to translate
company priorities into impactful communication initiatives.
This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that
both in-person collaboration and individual focus time are important for success.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: As our Global Brand & Communications Manager, you will shape how ACT is seen, understood and experienced around the world. Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will lead the global Brand & Communications function, manage a team of six and work closely with Executive Leadership and Commercial teams. ACT is evolving from a global leader in environmental commodities into a broader sustainability solutions provider. At this defining stage in our growth, you will help strengthen our market position, increase ACT’s visibility and build a trusted, differentiated brand. You will work with talented colleagues across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific to help organisations accelerate the transition from climate ambition to measurable action. YOUR EXPERTISE: You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and know how to translate business strategy into clear messaging, compelling market stories and consistent brand experiences. You are able to deliver impactful communications and measurable business results, with a strong focus on commercial growth. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. * 10+ years of experience in Brand, Corporate Communications or Strategic Marketing within an international B2B environment. * Proven experience developing brand strategy, market positioning and corporate messaging. * Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through growth or transformation. * Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, SEO and AI-enabled marketing. * Excellent storytelling, stakeholder-management and communication skills. * A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate brand investment into measurable business impact.
