You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. THE ROLE You won't just carry a bag — you'll run a franchise. As a Commercial Expansion Account Executive at Snowflake, you own a portfolio of existing customers and are accountable for defending the base, driving healthy consumption growth, and expanding into new workloads and use cases. You'll partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Services Delivery to turn customers into advocates and single-workload accounts into strategic platforms. This is not a renewals desk. You'll prospect within your install base, identify whitespace, build multi-threaded executive relationships, and close net-new expansion business — all while ensuring your customers are consuming Snowflake efficiently and getting measurable business value. WHAT YOU'LL DO Territory Strategy & Pipeline Generation * Own a defined patch of commercial accounts (<500 employees) and build a data-driven territory plan using propensity scoring, technographic signals, and consumption health indicators * Apply strategic tiering (20/80 rule) to focus time on high-potential "Sleeping Giants" — accounts with high whitespace relative to current spend * Consistently achieve 10+ external customer meetings per week through disciplined outreach rhythms * Map accounts to campaign plays (e.g., BI Consolidation, AI/ML expansion, Databricks defence) based on their tech stack and business signals Account Expansion & Deal Execution * Source, progress, and close expansion use cases using MEDDPICC methodology * Identify and articulate value hypotheses (Why Anything? Why Now? Why Snowflake?) tailored to each account's business priorities * Navigate complex, multi-persona deals — from technical champions to CFO-level economic buyers * Negotiate renewals, multi-year commitments, and capacity deals anchored in business value, not discounts Consumption Health & Customer Success * Distinguish between healthy and unhealthy consumption; proactively address inefficiencies before they become churn risk * Understand modern data architecture (transformation layers, BI performance, serverless economics) to advise customers on optimising their Snowflake deployment * Convert cost savings from efficiency improvements into budget for new workloads — turning defence into offence Competitive Defence * Protect the install base against competitive threats (Databricks, AWS-native, Azure Synapse) using TCO analysis, architectural advantages, and "Serverless Tax" positioning * Build proactive competitive strategies rather than reactive objection handling WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have * 3+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with demonstrable pattern of achievement (top 20% attainment preferred) * Experience managing and expanding an existing customer book — not exclusively net-new acquisition * Ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical practitioners and C-level executives * Proven prospecting discipline within an install base: pipeline self-sourced, not inherited * Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models * Fluency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or equivalent) Strongly Preferred * Experience selling data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions * Understanding of modern data stack architecture (data warehousing, ELT, BI tooling, data engineering) * Demonstrated use of AI/automation tools to enhance productivity (meeting prep, follow-up, personalisation, research) * Track record navigating competitive displacement scenarios * Experience with multi-year deal structuring and commercial negotiation (including MSA-level discussions) Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. THE ROLE Join the team behind Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake, our Snowflake Native App that brings the full power of Neo4j Graph Data Science directly into customers' Snowflake accounts, with no data movement required. You'll work on a product that lives natively inside Snowflake: a containerized Java + Python runtime, a SQL-first API, and a release pipeline that ships graph analytics to enterprise data platforms. Our customers are data engineers and data scientists across financial services, supply chain, telco, and beyond, who use it to run PageRank, community detection, pathfinding, and node embeddings against the warehouses where their data already lives. This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior role at the intersection of graph analytics, cloud-native distribution, and DevOps, with a meaningful say in the platform's technical direction. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and evolve the Neo4j Graph Analytics for Snowflake application, embedding Neo4j Graph Data Science into the Snowflake platform. * Design and improve our SQL-facing API: stored procedures, UDFs, and the surface area customers call from their warehouses. * Own significant parts of the build, release, and deployment pipeline: Snowflake CLI, Gradle, container images, and the Java/Python runtimes that execute inside Snowpark Container Services. * Improve the platform's security posture: caller's rights vs. owner's rights stored procedures, restricted caller's rights (RCR), grants, and proactive image scanning. * Collaborate with customers and Solution Engineers to turn real-world requirements into scalable features. * Contribute to operational excellence: runbooks, release processes, observability, and reproducible dev environments. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-quality software. * Strong SQL skills and real experience integrating with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar). * Solid grounding in at least one of Java or Python, and willingness to be effective in both. * A genuine DevOps mindset: comfortable owning build pipelines, container images, releases, and the operational side of a product. * Experience designing software for performance, scalability, and predictable cost on cloud infrastructure. BONUS POINTS * Hands-on experience with Snowflake, especially Native Apps, Snowpark Container Services, or building stored procedures and UDFs at scale. * Familiarity with Docker, OCI image registries, and security scanning tooling (Semgrep, Snyk, Trivy, etc.). * Understanding of graph theory and graph algorithms (centrality, community detection, pathfinding, embeddings), or strong curiosity to learn them. * Background in distributed systems, JVM performance tuning, or columnar/analytical query engines. Experience working in a distributed, remote-first team and shipping to enterprise customers. #Li-Hybrid Why Join Neo4j?
ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The role As a Data Scientist at Legora you will turn data into decisions. You'll sit close to the business, taking questions end-to-end: shaping the metric, modelling the data in dbt, running the analysis, and making the recommendation. You'll pull in new data sources when you need to, but the underlying instrumentation and platform belong to our data engineering team. Insights are useful; impact is what we hire for. We're an AI-first data team. We believe the data function should be redesigned around what AI now makes possible, not retrofitted with it, and we want someone excited to help define what that looks like in practice. There's no single profile we hire for. Some of us are strongest at data modelling and analytics engineering, some at experimentation and causal inference, some at machine learning, some at stakeholder influence. You'll likely be excellent at one or two of these and competent across the rest. That's the bar. We're a small, centralised team supporting the whole company, hiring for the person, not the seat. Depending on your strengths and where we have the biggest gap when you join, you could be embedded primarily with: * Product: instrumentation, feature adoption, user behaviour, A/B testing, shaping the roadmap with PMs and designers. * Finance & RevOps: ARR, NRR, forecasting, board reporting, pricing analytics across a 40-country footprint, and unit economics for an AI-native product. * Growth & Marketing: acquisition funnels, attribution, campaign measurement, lifecycle analytics, and what actually moves enterprise legal buyers. * GTM & Customer Success: pipeline analytics, customer health, expansion signals, and retention drivers in a category that didn't exist three years ago. You'll partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, most of whom are unusually data-fluent and will happily open a SQL editor with you. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise, how we sell, how we price, and how we build. What you will be doing * Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, Growth, and beyond to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations. * Define the metrics that matter, design the experiments or analyses that test them, and measure the impact of what we ship. * Conduct deep-dive analyses on the questions that move the business, and proactively surface the questions nobody is asking yet. * Model the data you need for your work in dbt, pulling in new sources when necessary, and partner closely with data engineering on anything that needs to scale beyond your immediate use case. * Build dashboards and reporting that scale beyond you, so the company can answer its own questions where possible. * Help shape how the data team operates as we scale: standards, tooling, ways of working. What you'll need * Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. * Solid grasp of data modelling and what it takes to build analytical work that is reliable and trusted. * Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions through data storytelling, including pushing back when the data doesn't support what someone wants to do. * Genuine depth in at least one of the following, with competence across the rest and curiosity to grow: * Data modelling and analytics engineering (dbt, dimensional modelling, semantic layers, self-service) * Experimentation and causal inference (A/B test design, quasi-experiments, statistical rigour) * Machine learning and applied data science (forecasting, prediction, segmentation, evaluation) * Product analytics and metric design (funnels, cohorts, adoption frameworks, North Star metrics) Nice to have * Experience in a product-led or SaaS environment, ideally B2B. * Hands-on experience with our stack: Snowflake, dbt, Hex, Dagster. * Prior experience as an early data hire at a fast-growing company, i.e. you've built the muscle, not inherited it. Most importantly, you are someone who * "Gets stuff done" and understands building a $10bn company isn't always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren't always clear and processes are few. * Is genuinely domain-curious. You don't need to have worked on every part of a business, but you should be excited to. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
