The role On behalf of our client Boliden, we are looking for an experienced Responsible Value Chain Manager for a one-year assignment. Strategically important and plays a central role in ensuring continuity, quality and regulatory compliance in Boliden’s work with due diligence and responsible business conduct in the global metals and minerals value chain. The role is placed within the sustainability function and reports to the Sustainability Manager. Your role We are recruiting for several roles, each focusing on one of these areas: - Order-to-Delivery - Finance As a Business Process Specialist, you develop and support Kanthal’s units in their way of working and in how they use our digital platform. You work closely with the business globally to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and help translate them into practical process and system changes. Depending on your experience, you may participate in or lead feasibility studies, pre-studies, change initiatives, training activities, and long-term business improvements. Main responsibilities • Contribute to Infor M3 implementations: Support and drive process implementations that meet business needs, follow system logic, secure information quality, and improve usability. • Support process development: Collaborate with process owners, experts, and super users to ensure that business processes are effective, compliant with legal requirements and Alleima regulations, and aligned with standard Infor M3 solutions where possible. • Clarify requirements: Help define, document, and follow up requirements for change requests so that solutions are clear, realistic, and aligned with IT standards. • Facilitate collaboration: Build understanding between stakeholders, key users, and IT by promoting clear communication, structured dialogue, and practical solutions. Your profile We are looking for someone with relevant experience in Order-to-Delivery, Manufacturing or Finance, or a university degree within a relevant area. You may already have solid experience from business processes, ERP systems, or manufacturing environments, or you may be earlier in your career with the motivation and ability to grow into the role. Experience with Infor M3 is advantageous, and experience from global organizations or manufacturing companies is considered a plus. Role Purpose The Lead Operator is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the operator team and the overall quality of scanning operations and member experience. Reporting to the Clinic Lead, the Lead Operator acts as the primary interface between HQ operational functions and the clinic floor, translating standards and priorities into consistent, high-quality delivery. This role is for someone who leads by example: a technically excellent operator who brings genuine people leadership capability, and a strong commitment to member experience. You will directly manage the operator team and work in close partnership with the Clinic Lead to keep the clinic running at its best every day. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Lead and coach the operator team through structured 1:1s, clear standards, and consistent embedding of Neko values. Act as the operational escalation point on the floor, triaging issues calmly and decisively. Own daily operator workflow, room readiness, and shift scheduling so the clinic runs efficiently at all times. Monitor operator KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Support operator recruitment and lead on-floor training and competency checks. Ensure safety compliance and clinic floor standards, escalating equipment or environmental issues as needed. Partner with Operations, People, Training, Facilities, Tech, and Governance on scheduling, performance, and audit readiness. Remain hands-on and visible as a scanning operator, role-modelling the standards expected of the team. Minimum Qualifications Healthcare education background. Highly proficient clinician, leading by example in phlebotomy, and hands-on clinical/technical experience. Previous team management experience. Proficiency in Swedish and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or patient experience. The BMC Helix Solution Developer is responsible for building, configuring, and extending solutions on the BMC Helix platform. You will work closely with solution architects and product owners to implement workflows, integrations, service catalogs, automation, and custom components using Helix Innovation Suite, ITSM, DWP, and BWF. This role requires hands‑on development expertise and a strong understanding of Helix platform capabilities to deliver high‑quality, maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions across BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Suite. Build workflows, rules, expressions, and data models using Innovation Studio. Implement service catalogs, request experiences, and UI components in Digital Workplace. Develop case management processes and automation using BWF. Build and maintain API‑based integrations with enterprise systems. Implement orchestration workflows using TrueSight Orchestrator or similar automation tools. Support CMDB updates, service modeling, and data quality improvements. Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions follow design standards and governance principles. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability. Produce technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations. Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience developing on BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy.
