Arbetsuppgifter Som specialistundersköterska på Lotsgården arbetar du både med det ordinarie omvårdnadsarbetet på avdelningen och med uppgifter kopplade till din specialistkompetens. Sektionschefen leder och fördelar arbetet och kan vid behov ge dig andra uppdrag utöver ditt specialistområde. I rollen handleder och stöttar du kollegor, både individuellt och i grupp, och fungerar som en tillgänglig resurs i det dagliga arbetet. Du observerar och kartlägger de boendes behov samt bidrar till att planera och utforma kunskapsbaserade omvårdnadsinsatser med ett personcentrerat förhållningssätt och ett helhetsperspektiv över dygnet. Du är även ett stöd för kollegor i frågor som rör anhörigperspektivet. Du är ett stöd till sektionschefen i arbetet med att utveckla, implementera och upprätthålla arbetssätt som stärker verksamhetens kvalitet. Genom omvärldsbevakning håller du dig uppdaterad inom ditt specialistområde och bidrar till att sprida ny kunskap i verksamheten. Vid behov deltar du också i nätverk och samverkansforum tillsammans med andra specialistundersköterskor, legitimerad personal och andra relevanta funktioner. Som en del av uppdraget stödjer du även sektionschefen i arbetet med kvalitetsregister och andra kvalitetsutvecklande insatser. Schemat är förlagt dag, kväll och varannan helg. Kvalifikationer Krav för tjänsten: Examensbevis från eftergymnasial utbildning omfattande minst 200 YH eller minst 60 HP. Utbildningen ska ha inriktning demens. Undersköterskeutbildning med bevis om skyddad yrkestitel. Minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom hälsovård, sjukvård eller social omsorg. Dokumenterad kunskap, färdighet och erfarenhet i ett eller flera specialistområden inom hälsovård, sjukvård eller social omsorg. Vana av att använda datorn som arbetsredskap och hjälpmedel samt ha en vilja och förmåga att snabbt sätta sig in i nya program och system. Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift. Meriterande för tjänsten: Handledarutbildning (minimum VO-college steg 2 eller likvärdig). Specifik arbetslivserfarenhet från specialistområdet. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete i en stjärnmärkt verksamhet. Systemvana från rådande verktyg - exempelvis LifeCare, Procapita, Flexite, Senior Alert och BPSD.
