Arbetsuppgifter Här erbjuds du att arbeta i en nyckelroll inom vårt servicecenterteam, i dagsläget arbetar teamet utifrån våra två servicecenter på KTH:s huvudcampus vid Valhallavägen. Servicecenterteamet består av fyra kollegor som alla/du är vårt ansikte utåt och brinner för att hjälpa, ge service och möta människor varje dag, både bakom datorskärmen samt genom att bemanna receptionen. Som servicekoordinator är du behjälplig till anställda och studenter med en mängd olika ärenden och besvarar allehanda frågor inom servicecenter/receptionen så som cateringbeställningar, ta emot besökare, kontofrågor, studentfrågor, lokalbokning, paket & bud, passerkortsärenden, nycklar, enklare inköpsärenden m.m. Exempel på tjänster som du utför till anställda, utöver det som nämns ovan, är att ordna med förberedelser till nyanställda och när anställda slutar, att koordinera olika firanden och förbereda det praktiska för gäster till skolan. Det ingår också att koordinera mindre event samt hjälpa besökare till skolan med beställning och bokning av resor och hotell samt hantera SINK-ansökningar som en del av din tjänst. YOUR MISSION To manage incoming materials and support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant activities for the QC release of product and incoming materials. Support QC Materials Team in other activities where requested. JOB DESCRIPTION MAJOR ACTIVITIES * Perform inspection of incoming materials, following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure seamless supply of material to support aseptic manufacture of ATMP product. * Monitor the material inspection programme ensuring materials are suitable for the manufacture of gene therapy products to the required standards. * Physical inspection of raw materials. You will lead the operational coordination of thematic working groups covering surface site planning, associated development projects and synergies with local territorial initiatives. In this role, you will contribute directly to the objective of delivering an FCC project that is well integrated into its host territories, sustainable and broadly supported by local stakeholders. About the role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) for backend works in our product engineering team with systems / services development for the Qbtech platform. Primary implementation languages are Java & Kotlin. The main focus of the work is coding (development) but an SSE works with the entire software delivery lifecycle. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and will report to Engineering Manager. There is no possibility of a complete remote role. This is Hybrid with at least 3 days a week from office. Essential Duties and responsibilities Qbtech’s development of products and services are controlled by Qbtech Quality Management Systems, international standards and certificates as well as specific laws. In accordance with those, essential duties and responsibilities are: Develop and document new product features & stories. Code reviews for peers. Maintain and improve legacy code. Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure provisioning. Manage software deployment. Troubleshooting/investigation of incidents and bug fixing. We are looking for someone who has Extensive development skills using Java and Kotlin. Strong problem-solving mentality. Knowledge of the Ktor framework. Knowledge of at least one well known test framework such as Junit. Good knowledge of network infrastructure related to web application (examples: load balancer, firewall, security groups, CDN etc.). Experience of working with service provisioning for at least one of the following cloud services platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). Experience of an infrastructure as code (Terraform). Experience with containerization (Docker). Experience from working with Agile development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal skills. At least 6-8 years documented experience. About the Role The AI Builder Intern will support the Global Customer Services team by assisting with foundational developer platform tasks and contributing to projects that enable customers to successfully build and deploy on Cloudflare.
