STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains.
We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective.
This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is
bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.
As the Bid and Proposals Manager, you will lead and manage the development of compelling and LLPwinning bids for defence contracts
in STARK’s Nordic entity. Reporting to the Managing Director of Nordics and International Bidding Director, you will be
responsible to own and drive the end-to-end management of the bid process, ensuring compliance with the Shipley Method and
implementing a robust gate review governance approach. You will be an anchor to our sales team in the Nordics. It is less about
generating opportunities and more about capturing them in a disciplined and methodical way as well as to conduct market
surveillance and to manage information. You will also be in charge of reporting our progress against sales targets to STARK’s
central sales team and do regular reporting on our CRM tools. We are looking for an experienced colleague that takes the
initiative and is also generally willing to travel up to 1-2 times per month within the STARK Nordic Region.
