The Role… We are seeking a passionate, service-driven individual to join our Soho Support Team as a Virtual Concierge for Soho members. You will be responsible for building meaningful, long-term relationships with Soho House’s most engaged, high-spending and high-profile members, and facilitating all booking, reservation and special requests to agreed SLAs. The Virtual Concierge will be the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to Soho Members. Your primary focus will be attracting new sellers and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. This involves strategies like door-to-door outreach, following up on housing ads, and engaging with "for sale" listings on platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa. Additionally, building a strong local network will be key to your success in sourcing properties and ensuring Svensk Fast remains the top choice for home buyers and sellers. Responsibilities Include: Proactively identifying potential sellers through various outreach methods. Building and maintaining a solid network within the local community. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide outstanding service. Engaging with online listings and platforms to discover new opportunities. Additional language skills are also valued. Residence preferably in Manilva or Casares. Driver's license and good driving skills.
