Som Talent Manager hos oss är du ansiktet utåt för Randstads verksamhet. Du är en strategisk partner för våra kunder och en trygg ledare för våra konsulter. Affärsutveckling: Du bygger upp och vårdar relationer med beslutsfattare. Du identifierar aktivt tillväxtmöjligheter och säljer in lösningar som gör skillnad på riktigt för kundens effektivitet.
Ledarskap & Matchning: Du driver rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål och ansvarar för att rätt person hamnar på rätt plats. Som personalansvarig coachar du dina konsulter genom hela deras resa hos oss – från introduktion till nästa steg i karriären.
Kvalitet & Struktur: Du säkerställer att administrationen flyter, att löner och fakturering är korrekta och att vi alltid levererar med högsta kvalitet och spårbarhet.

Bakgrund inom industrin: Du har arbetat som teamledare, produktionsledare eller liknande roll i industrimiljö och förstår våra kunders utmaningar. Alternativt har du ett par års erfarenhet som konsultchef med fokus på logistik och industri.
Ett hjärta för service: Du går gärna den extra milen för att kunden ska bli nöjd och ser lösningar där andra ser problem.
Flexibilitet: Du trivs med att arbetstiderna varierar – ibland är du uppe med tuppen för ett morgonskift, andra gånger stannar du sent för att möta kvällslaget.
Språk & Körkort: Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska och har körkort för att enkelt kunna röra dig mellan våra kunder.

The opportunity We are looking for a dedicated Project Assistant who will ensure that our customers receive their deliveries of important products on time. In this role, the contingent worker will be a central point of contact between our sales team and our customers, handling the entire order process from registration to delivery follow-up. How you’ll make an impact Handle customer orders from registration to delivery, with a focus on accuracy and fast execution. Create and follow up on invoices. Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers to coordinate order status and resolve any issues. Follow up on payments and ensure that all documentation is in place throughout the order cycle. Adapt to customer-specific needs and handle changes efficiently during the process. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, tenders, production and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience. Monthly project reviews with management team to follow up on delivery, the financials and execution of the full project process. Your Background Education in project management or logistics is required, and economics preferable. Experience in order management and working in business systems, SAP is a requirement and Salesforce is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach. Solution-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Accurate, structured and efficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Technical understanding of electronic products such as relay protection is an advantage. The opportunity Are you excited about becoming our newest addition to the Europe, Middle East, and Africa team within Employer Branding at Hitachi Energy as our Employer Branding Trainee with a focus on Sweden? The Opportunity Integrity is recruiting a Workplace Investigator. You will work with different stakeholders including legal, Integrity, HR, and others. We are looking for someone who has experience in conducting investigations, from intake to closure. The Hitachi Energy Integrity Function is an independent and objective organization and an integral part of the Legal & Integrity Function. We are building a new team to focus on the Workplace related investigations. Its role is to receive reports of allegations relating to employee(s) and business violation(s) of the Code of Conduct. The department manages the lifecycle of the allegations, conducting fact-finding investigations and reporting to the appropriate disciplinary committees. Integrity provides a high level of experience, expertise, guidance, and leadership relative to company-wide, multi-jurisdictional, complex investigations, which may impact employees, business operations, and company reputation.
