für den Automobilsektor haben wir schon jetzt die Art, wie Menschen Autos (ver)kaufen, vermarkten und leasen, auf den Kopf
gestellt.
Was als einfache Neuwagen-Vergleichsplattform begann, ist heute einer der größten Online-Marktplätze für den Autowechsel in
Europa. Im letzten Jahr allein sind wir dabei mit Fahrzeugen, die im Wert von über 5 Mrd. € über unser Portal gekauft, geleast
oder versteigert wurden, um über 50% gewachsen.
2024 haben wir mit der Übernahme von Autovia – der Plattform hinter AutoExpress und dem Evo Magazin – anschließend unsere
Reichweite über Nacht verdoppelt. Zusammen zählen wir nun mit fast 10 Mio. Abonnenten und 1,1 Mrd. jährlichen Aufrufen zu den
größten YouTube-Kanälen der Welt. Daneben verkaufen wir 1,2 Mio. Kopien unseres Print-Magazins und erreichen jährlich über 350
Mio. Menschen mit unserem Web-Content.

Your Role Als (Junior) Operations Planning Manager:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Defleeting Operations und verantwortest die Prozesse rund um die Ausflottung unserer Fahrzeuge. Im Defleeting steuerst du die Prozesse von der Fahrzeugrückgabe bis zur Ausflottung und arbeitest dabei eng mit OEMs, Remarketing-Partnern und Compounds zusammen. We are looking for an innovator with a hands-on approach to drive category-level availability, balance inventory levels with commercial objectives, and help shape the future of our supply planning tools. By combining strong analytical skills with your planning expertise, you will actively steer supply decisions in a dynamic, multi-SKU environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Develop and execute 18-month rolling supply plans and support to shape supplier-specific replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability and cost-efficiency against budget * Manage inventory and overstock across multiple channels and execute stock segmentation across Stores, Partner Channels, B2B, and B2C. Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory health, and promotional stock availability to maximise GMV in line with inventory turn goals and capacity limitations * Manage and execute operational processes, including managing seamless SKU transitions and inbound selling, to maximize product availability while protecting customer delivery times * Track core supply and inventory KPIs, conduct deep dives and ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes and implement sustainable performance improvements * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Marketing, Buying, and Operations to resolve operational issues and successfully deliver complex projects * Initiate process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
