Als (Junior) Operations Planning Manager:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Defleeting Operations und verantwortest die Prozesse rund um die Ausflottung unserer Fahrzeuge. Im Defleeting steuerst du die Prozesse von der Fahrzeugrückgabe bis zur Ausflottung und arbeitest dabei eng mit OEMs, Remarketing-Partnern und Compounds zusammen. Durch die kontinuierliche und datengetriebene Optimierung operativer Abläufe trägst du aktiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit, operativen Effizienz und zum Wachstum von FINN bei.
JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior Supply Planning Manager at Westwing, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply planning process for a dedicated SKU portfolio. We are looking for an innovator with a hands-on approach to drive category-level availability, balance inventory levels with commercial objectives, and help shape the future of our supply planning tools. By combining strong analytical skills with your planning expertise, you will actively steer supply decisions in a dynamic, multi-SKU environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Develop and execute 18-month rolling supply plans and support to shape supplier-specific replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability and cost-efficiency against budget * Manage inventory and overstock across multiple channels and execute stock segmentation across Stores, Partner Channels, B2B, and B2C. Monitor and manage stock levels, inventory health, and promotional stock availability to maximise GMV in line with inventory turn goals and capacity limitations * Manage and execute operational processes, including managing seamless SKU transitions and inbound selling, to maximize product availability while protecting customer delivery times * Track core supply and inventory KPIs, conduct deep dives and ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes and implement sustainable performance improvements * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Marketing, Buying, and Operations to resolve operational issues and successfully deliver complex projects * Initiate process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. You will help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and introduce scalable workflows to enhance planning accuracy YOU COME WITH * Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field * 1+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or other related fields preferably in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment * Strong affinity for data and numbers and capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights; high proficiency in Excel, SQL knowledge is a plus * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a “hands-on” approach with a focus on both detail and fast execution * A proactive, self-starter mentality; you are comfortable working independently but also thrive when collaborating within a team environment * Fluency in English, German is a plus WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it. JOIN OUR TEAM As a Junior B2B Growth Manager at Westwing, you will support the growth of our B2B business unit across multiple European markets, reporting directly to our B2B Growth Lead. This role offers excellent learning opportunities to develop your skills in project management, business case development, CRM and data analysis, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced, international environment. You will independently own smaller workstreams while supporting larger strategic projects such as market expansions and CRM automation initiatives. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
