We're looking for a Regional Sales Director – Strategic Accounts to lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on some of

Reporting to the VP of EMEA Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and a Sales Manager, while also carrying an individual sales target. As Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Southern Europe region to achieve ambitious growth objectives. Requirements: * Approximately 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a high-performing sales team in a high-growth SaaS environment. * Strong knowledge of the Southern European market, with experience developing and executing regional growth strategies. * Proven track record of building, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets. * Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility at all levels, internally and externally. * Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Italian and/or Portuguese would be advantageous. * Highly data-driven, using metrics and insights to make decisions, improve performance, and drive accountability. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align teams around a clear vision and inspire high performance.
